The board is pretty drawheavy and so I like raise turn?!

We aren't very often ahead here as a lot hands may be in his range and folding to a 3-bet is no easy decision as well.
As we are in position I like it as played as you don't have to fear to give him a freecard.

You have a nice equity indeed, but by raising you wouldn't accomplish anything good. Better hands (which there are a lot in his range) will 3-bet, and quite a lot worse hands will fold.
