[Closed] Elephant not working on pokerstars after pokerstars last update

same problem

it looks like they (PokerStars) somehow changed their HH format, because PT can't read them either..

here's log:

Same problem :evil:, it would be great if it would work one month without problems once for a change..

Don't know about Elephant, but PT should be able to import them soon:

Our development team is aware of it and Beta 17 should be out later
tonight as a fix.

yeah same problem for me when can we expect to get it fixed?

Elephant team will have to do something on it...i hope fast.

Answer from their support:

Thank you for your email and for allowing us to be of assistance.

In our last update, we fixed certain hand history problems our client
was having. However, we are aware that PokerTracker is not working
properly after this.

Unfortunately, we cannot fix this problem with PokerTracker, as it is
a third party application not associated with PokerStars. PokerTracker
will be aware of the problem and will issue a patch.

I think the same applies for Elephant.

That's just great I see PT3 is useless for now - I hope my old hold'em indicator is still working...live stats are better than none at all.

I don't see what they've changed in the file though? It looks the same to me. Maybe would be better to make our own patch to restore the previous history format?

Does this mean most everyone is playing without stats now on Stars?
