you shouldn't 3-bet the flop. what possible holdings are in utg+1's range? madehands and flush- or straightdraws.

madehands will cap or might donkbet a blank turn to prevent your freecard, so your draw will become much more expensive. additionally your still ahead against draws, but might even fold the better hand, if he caps and bets turn and river. i just call the flop cr, call the turn and then reevaluate on the river, if he's capable of betting a busted draw again.

another point: your 3-bet in position on the flop isn't balanced, is it? ;)
