I wouldn't even bother making a Cbet on the first hand, you get raised far too often, I think just check/fold here is probably the best option.

If you do make one though, you should make a sizeable one, half the pot is just not enough to get him to fold even 33 here.

Hand 1:
I wouldn't c-bet on that board OOP, you just can't represent anything and many players in this limit just think they're being bluffed out every hand.
Having said that, if you're gonna c-bet, make it a little bit more, around $1.50, 1/2 pot c-bets don't work too often in NL25 IMO.
You have to fold after his raise.

Hand 2:
WP IMO. You have nothing, no reason to stay in the hand anymore.

Depending on the villain, hand 2 might be a good spot to make a play. So unless villain is a fish who tries to slowplay on a board like that, or a player who 3bets deceptive hands, i would raise to ~14$. I just don't see with what hand he could bet 1/2 potsize on that flop. Maybe a pair of 10s, or maybe AhKh.
If he shoves obviously it's a fold, and if he calls you often get two free cards.
Then again, i might be thinking too fancy for NL25.
