how do you play your hands in a raised 3handed pot oop without initiative in other situations?

i guess that you normally cr everytime without special reads, so if you cr a flush- or straightdraw in this spot, you should also cr tp, trips, fh. nh :)

A check/raise here is especially good because you can trap BU. MP3 will cbet close to 100% of the flops because he is a TAG. BU (the fish) only has to call 1 bet, and wont fold a lot to that. If you donk and MP3 raises a K, or JJ/QQ or whatever, BU has to pay 2 bets and will often fold his Ax.

So many hands of MP2 btw o.O

I played these flops according to the ideas of the protection-article (donk flop here) but the problem is that it just does not work because MP3 raises too seldom. I tried two alternatives 1) donk everything (=made hand or draw) 3-handed no matter who raised preflop and 2) checkraise everything but neither line is perfect.

2) Is better. You often can't protect, as the preflop-aggressor won't raise often, with a better hand, so you should just concentrate on getting the most value -> cr.

nevertheless donk flop might better to maximize value because villains tend to think that hero would checkraise a T. maybe it is best to play both lines at random for maximum confusion to your opponents.

You should only play it vs TAGs that way though, because people like BU don't understand it anyway.

that's all a matter of your balancing. ;) i think unknown won't raise with a worse hand than a K, but contibet with about a 100%, so cr > donkbet.
