I would have played the same. You have to protect against a 4th diamond and even if you're against a flopped flush you have outs for a FH. I think he would still call your shove with any overpair with a diamond, maybe even AdK(Q).

Well played, even though be careful that you dont get stacked if you dont flop a set vs. this type of opponent.
