his range is a little bit stronger, since he raises from the sb and plays the hand oop. But tp should be always good enough to raise heads up on the turn. His 3bet is ugly and most of the time he will be ahead. But u have a lot of outs against him(flushdraw and the 2pair outs). On the River u dont improve, but the pot offers u 11,5:1...thats just too much to fold your tp against such an aggressive player. U have to call the river and hope that he semi bluffed the turn with something like AQ
