this is a typical Hand example when i call from the blinds
"i could check / raise hmm no... it looks too bluffy ... hmm ok i float" and then i fold the turn/tiver like 99% of the time

Ok, I'll go. Not a coach, but here's my 2cents.

Forget about what hand you have and think about how you want to play your entire range in this spot. Like the thread Pleno did last week, 'playing our range'. Also internets recent strategy article is probably the best article on pokerstrategy imo and right on topic. Then when this spot comes up again, you are more familiar with what you should be doing.

Start with your cold call BB v CO open range. Pick the % of hands you want to defend on the flop based on his bet size and the board. Then repeat for the rest of the hand.

Here´s my take on the A9 hand:

Ch/raising decreases psr and leaves you oop most likely unimproved on the turn which really sucks. On the other hand we should have at least some (semi-)bluffs in our range in order to not only ch/r close to the nuts in spots like this (does this make sense? I always hear balance is overrated...) Ch/calling on the other hand seems awkward because we have decent equity, villain is quity unlikely to have hit this board big time and additionally ch/calling on a board like this might induce a fair amount of barrels because our perceived range for ch/calling is really weak and therefore can´t stand too much heat. Turn simply sucks, but you picked up additional equity. Ch/raising villain´s 2 barrel seems like a viable option given my last sentences... I am lost here tbh. Hopefully some genius posts his take on it

The Q5 hand:

What´s your thought process? What are you trying to rep on the river? KX and 2Pairs? I actually like the idea of repping really narrow ranges but only if I am sure villain knows the fold button ♦ I´d either give up or go for 3 barrels here, the river might potentially complete a lot of nice backdoor draws which totally make sense. But as a default play giving up seems fine to me, they most likely look you up because your line looks suspicious and the action closes after calling

Why don't you consider a donk? Because he's going to raise often? I don't understand. We've got not so much hands on opponent, so we should play more default way.
I like x/r flop too. We've got more equity to do it on flop (considering that he won't bet 100% if we check turn) than on turn x/raising.

the Q5 hand was kind of randomly played just thought its a good spot but on the other side it seems it is a good spot to raise for thin value in the future, when we hit a K ♠_love:

I feel like you guys are vastly underestimating our showdownvalue in the A9 hand. It is BU vs BB, Ranges are extremly wide. Also we certainly want/need to have some diamond draws in our c/c range. So I would rather take a hand like A9 for that instead of something without sd value like T9s or something.

I would play it exactly the same as you did.

Well a typical example would be (just in general) i get raised and no matter how many draws are possible on the specific board i just can think of sets.
Too bad this situation happens like 5x a day and i end up folding everytime ... even tho iam not scared money

If it happens 5 times per day then it's pretty big leak.

So what do you think is going on in that situation?
When you review the hand after is it easy for you to know what you would do in that specific situation then?

well, iam mostly playing zoom ... and it is so hard to analyze hands without history and enough postflop stats.

it feels like im running only into sets when they show aggressio no matter the board is dry or wet and the result is if the same situation happens like 1-2 minutes later ill snap fold my TPTK or overpair to any raise.

Well i have problems with motivation and productivity, i could play like 3x more but too often i am just wasting time especially when running bad.

2) Session reviews on my own and posting all hands in the hand discussion section where this situation happened or anything i was not sure about.

3) Discussing hands works a bit but on the tables it feels different ... still thinking about previous MAYBE bad folds while zooming/playing which leads to tilt and lacking in concentration .... which then leads to obvious bad play in the next hundreds of hands because iam not focussed enough on current situations and after the session i repeat step 2)

Ok so just to make things clear. You did not fold in this hand, but the situation is obv the same. So is it more that the situation of getting raised on the flop makes you uncomfortable? Does it get worse when you have fewer stats and don't know what the right play is?

Yes that's a reason.

maybe i havent described the "problem" exactly before but in general:

If i face strong aggression no matter on which street (pre or postflop) and i dont know much about the opponent and i have to decide if i can continue with the hand or not.
And mostly continuing means investing the whole stack to see if he was bluffing or not while running bad i tend to be more resultts orientated which leads to bad decisions later on.
