MP could play passively on flop and agresively on turn vs 2 players with either set on flop or strong draw on turn, and Hero probably wasn't sure also which one of this MP has and decided to check-call with pair of Q.
Since I have to chose one option I will go with MP As 10s and Hero QK

Hero 55

Villain K10

Hero call pre for set mining. He hits his set and decides to slowplay on this dry board
Since no action on the flop he decides to donk turn. when MP reraise hero know he's probably in bad shape so he only call in hope of hitting full house. river is a blank and hero think his hand is too good to laydown.

Villain openraise k10. With 2 callers and only a gutshot he decides to giveup the hand on the flop. However he hit nut straight on the turn and reraise for value and to protect vs flushes or full house.
River is a blank so he's quite comfortable and bet large in chase hero has 2nd nutdraw or a slowplayed set

Pre-flop - nothing too exciting hard to put anyone on a hand
Flop - All check - again can't put anybody on anything
Turn - Hero bets 3/4 pot - a decent bet with 2 other players left to act, so when MP raises and Hero calls can narrow hands down a bit.
River - Hero represents a missed draw and induces villain to c-bet after his strong re-raise on the turn.

Villain: 99
Hero: T8s

Hand 11.12.

PREFLOP:
MP has KK and makes standard raise
Hero with AsQs calls

FLOP:
hero hits Q best kicker and backdoor flush and checks to reraise.
MP with KK is safe - board dry well lets see another card and get fish hooked.

TURN:
hero gets his spade and value bets with top kicker and flushdraw.
MP smiles and bumps it up to protect coz board is now wet.
hero is calling and thinking KT? -not really

River is a brick:
Hero says well my aq is good for showdown and checks.
MP is thinking 2 pair or straight and we would be allin on turn.
My kings hold and makes value bet.
Without much thinking hero calls.

Hello,

If we assume MP is the standard reg at this limit his most likely hands on the turn are: KTs, JJ. He may or may not decide to slowplay QQ vs two people on that board and might not raise QJs vs two people on the turn.

Hero's most likely bet/calling hands on the turn and calling river are 55,99,QJs.

Althought unlikely, Hero might consider herofolding QJs and 55 vs that betsizing on the river as after raising vs two people on turn, Villain is unlikely to be bluffing or valuebetting the river thinly.

Hero: 99 70% / 55 20% / QJs 10%
Villain: KTs 85% / JJ 15%

Looks like KTs / 99 are the most likely.

Best,
S _love:

Ok, I see a pattern here. Villains are uber-loose bluffers and hero is calling station who doens't believe or fold.

$1/$2 No Limit Hold'em (ZOOM)
Hero ($226.48)
BB ($486.48)
UTG ($245.04)
MP ($265.68)
CO ($103.52)
BTN ($252.32)

Preflop: Hero is SB with ?? ??
1 fold, MP raises to $6, 1 fold, BTN calls $6, Hero calls $5, 1 fold

Flop: ($20) 9 :spade:, Q :club:, 5  (2 players)
Hero checks, MP checks, BTN checks

Turn: ($20) J :spade: (2 players)
Hero bets $14.40, MP raises to $40, 1 fold, Hero calls $25.60

River: ($100) 3 :club: (2 players)
Hero checks, MP bets $88, Hero calls $88

Total pot: $276

MP shows ?? ??
Hero shows ?? ??

SO, here villain holds 74:spade:, and while he misses the flop, he catches FD on the turn and bluffs the river big when he misses. Hero catched something from the flop since he leads OTT, and goes his normal hero-calling line against these maniacs. My guess is hero is holding T9 here.

Hero 9c8c
Villian As10s

My reasoning for reaching these hands is simple probably too simple, but poker is a simple game isn't it

I put myself in hero's shoes. As SB I would call such a small raise with suited connectors even out of position, expecting to be up against any A10o/A10s+ hand from MP expecting a bigger raise if he had 99+,AKs,AKo . Also BTN not re-raising leads me to believe he has small PP 66/77.

Flop gives me great EV (66.22%), MP AsKs/As10s(26.25%) and BTN 66/77(7.53%). The Q on the flop makes it less likely either of them has a Q and with two checks behind, for me, would confirm it. I would, as hero did, check , check/call this flop.

J on the turn gets rid of BTN unless he is a maniac. J is not a great card for me but his re-raise leads me to believe he has the As10s and not the AsKs ,A10 gives more outs to a straight and If I had it, I would do as he did. My limited experience of the game is showing now .

The 3c on the river can't have helped him and his bet on the river screams bluff to me, so I call and collect.

Commence the side splitting gentlemen

HERO Js Ts
Villain AJ

Hero think. As Sb, its a good hand to call. In flop, we get an OESD, but with no position, we go for call with correct pot odds.
In turn, we got second pair, and hand is passive, so we bet see were are we, and defend our hand. Its an easy call with monster draw.
In river, our hand did not improve, but either villan, and we are bluff catching here missed draws.

Villain think. MP we raise with AJ and get two called. In flop, wet board against two opp, we check. In turn, our hand improve, and we raise for protection and value.
In river, we raise for extract value from worse hands

The hand: 16/12/13 - 18/12/13

flop Q95r
hero check 55,99.Qx

mp would bet JJ, Aqo [ many draws would call]

Turn Js
hero bet 55,99,QJ,Q9 [time to get value]

Mp raises Aq,QQ [ on flop he check to induce flop float bet]

hero call QJ, Q9
all sets he would 3bet

river 3

hero check/call QJ, Q9
MP bets QQ,
AQ is too weak for this huge bet , once hero caled raise MP should
now that hero is strong.
with AQ would be very thin bet
There is no bluff as #3 is not a good card to bluff.

because hero called in sb , i would give give him
stronger QJ then Q9

Answer:
MP QQ
Hero QJ

My guess would be T8

The bet on the turn seems to be representing a straight and with a 75% pot bet trying to push off a flush draw. The call on the river means they don't have the nuts as hero would have check raised. So has a low end of the straight.

MP open raise with avarage range 13% and Hero can defend with avarage range 27%. On the rainbow board texture, MP should cbet for value 99, QQ-AA, 55, QK+ and maybe JT for OESD semi bluf. When 3betting Hero on turn, MP might bet for value/semi bluff, so I narrowed his range to TT-JJ, KJ. Keep betting on river with that bet sizing, he definitely got JJ IMO.
Vs hero played, the most reasonable hands should be 55, 99, QJ-QK (AQ/QQ should be good for squeezing preflop). Since MP got JJ and blocked Jx most of the time, I think hero check/call river indicated 55/99

Final guess:
Hero: 55
MP: JJ

Mp might be raising pre with A5s+, ATo+, KJo+, KTs+, QJ+, QTs+, JTs+, T9s+ 55+

Hero can defend with calling 77+ (excluding JJ, QQ), KTs+, QTs+, JTs, KQo

Flop: MP would c-bet any Q so i take any Q from his range(Except QQ) and 55-JJ, KK, AA. Hero wouldnt be checking KQo.

Turn: Hero can be betting, QJs, KTs, QTs, JTs, 99, TT. MP raises, he can be doing this with As5s+, KTs, QQ, T9s+.

River: Blank. Hero checks-call, so i exclude KT, TT. MP, bets with any of his range on turn except T9s-Jts.

Since i have to guess one hand i give MP: ATs and Hero: QJs

Hero TT, CO 98hearts.
Both are playing passively on flop, hero "tries" turn, CO calls. Hero gets "weak" set on river bet 1/2 pot, CO calls with weak flush.

MP: KJ. Probaly a recreational player since he only min raised. I guess he had KJ since he potcontrolled the flop, called the river and RECplayers likes to call that hand preflop.

Hero: AQ. Since MP can have AT,AJ,AQ,AK in hes range, probaly pot controlled since he dosnt have +50% equity against the range that MP will call 3 streets. But when MP checks, he probaly dosnt have AJ or AK in hes range, he thought time for value town.

The hand: 18/12/13 - 20/12/13

- Open for guessing -

$1/$2 No Limit Hold'em (ZOOM)
Hero ($592.36)
BB ($277.96)
UTG ($504.92)
MP ($203)
CO ($140.88)
BTN ($277.96)

Preflop: Hero is SB with ?? ??
1 fold, MP raises to $4, 2 folds, Hero raises to $16, 1 fold, MP calls $12

Flop: ($34) A , 2 :diamond:, J  (2 players)
Hero checks, MP checks

Turn: ($34) 7 :diamond: (2 players)
Hero bets $18, MP calls $18

River: ($70) T  (2 players)
Hero bets $40, MP calls $40

Seems like MP is a fish here with half stack and passive calling-line. Hero raises very big preflop, checks A-high FD flop and bets smallish value turn/river, either KK/QQ here, lets say KK. Call-happy fish has something from the board since he calls turn/river and shows no aggression, probably J or weak ace. Lets say he has KJ.

It looks to me that Hero is bluffing in this spot because he checks flop with flush draw and then bets turn & river after MP's check. It's not very likely he has flush on river so he's probably trying to fold MP's A.
I think hero is QJ and MP is A 10

I guess hero has KQh and villain 77

Hero 3bet on SB and get monster draw in flop, but do no bet to get some action, since an A was hit.
No action on flop, hero want some action and bet, got called
In river his monster complete and he bet 1/2 pot for value and villain calls

For villain, i go for 77. He raise in MP and call
In flop, do not hit his set, so go for a check
In turn, hit his set, but choose to play passive.
In river, flush are done, but he have some worst hands that pay, so he call

The hand: 18/12/13 - 20/12/13

Villain is passive - caller , fishy player,
proof: min oR/c big 3bet

I would give SB hero this range for big 3bet
TT+, AJs+

Mp min oR/calls 3bet - so although he wanted to take the blinds cheaply ,
he has good enough hand to defend it in 3bet pot.
He calls with 88-JJ, AJs+,
AK, QQ+ would 4bet - that would be a trap [ smal oR and 4bet ]
Broadway JQ, KJ, KQ - I dont know if he would call 3bet with these.
Problem are reverse odds. But as I assume he is fishy , lets put him on these
as well.

FLOP AJ2s

I assume one of them would bet for value and protection with Ax on the flop.
so all Ax hands drop dead.

For hero stay
TT, QQ, KK -
I exclude AA, JJ - these hands would bet
QQ,KK should bet as well, but not necessary

For Mp stays
88- TT,
JQ, JK, KQ - i believe he should bet with these, but as he is passive-caller
he just checks. These broadways stay in his range.

Turn

HERO
small delayed cbet , so TT,
exclude QQ, KK - they would bet on flop , or bigger on turn

Mp
88-TT stay in his range ,
I put hero on TT, so taking into account card removal and
combos I assume that more likely is that villain doesn't have
TT as well, so 88-99 stays
JQs, KQs, KJs stay as well

River

Hero TT and set

Mp
KQs, KJs, JQs drops dead - he should raise with made flush ,
he can have 88, 99

I just guess and give him higher - 99

hero - TT
villain - 99
