How would one go about starting an online poker room in theory?
Seems like a pretty monumentous task, but seems also that numerous other groups have already done it.

I think as any other online business, you get a team to build a software, a lot of money for advertising and last but not least a Fiscal Paradise to host you.
To get a decent amount of trafic you would need a couple of millions I think.
Software- license- advertising- advertising- did i say adcertising?- paying for support- ...
I was interested in this 2 years ago, but I didn't want to start it without €5mil on side.
