decision on the turn versus monkey

Flop x/c is fine here.

If you expect villain is sufficiently strong on turn that he will pay off a river bet you could x/c turn and lead river.

Assuming he still barrels reasonable often it's a reasonable hand to put in turn x/r range if you think river implieds are poor.

If you think he'll fire river a lot for value regardless of whether flush gets there you can x/c turn then check river.

if we XC turn on what rivers should we lead? only on clubs rivers and how much should we bet?

if we would XR on the turn, by the way what size of XR should we choose? on what cards of the rivers should we bet? only on clubs cards? what bet sizing should we choose?

If you think villain's range is very strong it only really makes sense to lead on club rivers from an exploitative point of view. Because presumably we are not getting folds with bluffs.

Something around $14-$15 is fine for turn x/r size.

From an exploitative point of view we may only need to fire clubs after turn x/r. From a theoretical point of view we may want to mix in bluffs on overcard and heart rivers to balance our value range.

XR 14-15, on the river pot would be 34-38 and I would have to bet mmm around 25 on and cards?

yeah, that sizing would work fine.

The only reason we fire both ♣ and ♥ is for the sake of balance though. If it turned out this guy was just calling way to much on the river we'd mainly only fire when we make our flush.
