fwiw, it's not lazy. It is 'efficient'.
Just like me, down to the last day and no more than needed.

Hey guys, December report out early b/c I'm so damn efficient! I was grinding some PLO to get closer to SN but that turned out to be the essence of a "false economy" since I managed to lose almost exactly the amount of bonuses cashed in. ♦ On the other hand SnGs ruled the roost with a huge over-EV score and around $75 hourly.
Cash (PLO)
Winnings: -$1940.69
Hours: 21

SnGs
#Gms: 616
ABI: $55.51
ROI: 10%
Winnings: $3,412.09
Rbk: Stars Stellar $300 + VPP @ $600.32 = $900.32 + Game Integrity @FTP: $187.73
Total: $4500.14

Final Playing profit: $2560.01
Hours: 55.1
Playing hourly $33.64
Best of all was the staking which, after 3-4 months of getting the business growing, really started to take off. 4-5 students tackling the $15s, all playing profitably and all making good use of the innovative coaching tools I've created to optimise their games, generated solid profits for both them and myself.
Coaching/staking):
Profits: $400 + $2775.64 = $3175.72
Hours: 46.3
Hourly: $68.59
Final Profit: c$5900.98
Combined hourly: $58.20
With Super Nova in the bag, I'm going to take another couple of days off to spend with the family. I drafted some "working protocols" the other day which should help me be more efficient next year and prevent my habit of sitting at the computer for 12 hours a day... I'm also going to buy a new ortho chair in the next week to improve comfort levels. Looking foward to at last cracking those $200 6mx in 2014 and also to messing about on Party and FTP again
And, if I can get a bunch of guys to the $30s, all will be in place for a good year.
Thanks for reading and Good luck for the remainder of 2013, esp to you SNE'ers!!

Seems you managed to pick some awesome guys for your stable. ♦ ♦
Too bad your "mistress" was so naughty and took those 2k with her.
But even with that - nice results, nice hourly. Really impressive and highly motivating.
I wish you an even better 2014, Sir! If anyone deserves it, it's you. ♠_cool:
When does heater stop being a heater and starts to be true roi?
You sure look like a guy on a veeeery long heater
Very nice Sir!
Thanks Gerovit
Well let's hope my true ROI at the $200s isn't this:

Here's my challenge for 2014:
Achieve positive winnings, pre rakeback, at the $200 6mx sngs on Stars before year end.
Rules:
1. Turbo or Normals only counted
2. Games on other platforms not counted
2. Challenge ends 30.12.14
Let's go!
Why did you choose to delete a part of the name ?
You can find them due to the star
Great weekend in London celebrating bigstealer's SNE achievement. What a crusher he is.
The Chelsea club we ended up in was home to like the top 2% of the genepool. Every girl in the place was modelthin with perfect hair/teeth/skin. Every guy had a cashmere pullover and a suede smoking jacket... Fk me! ♦
I did my flailing limb thing on the dancefloor and got the most exercise I've had for ages. Anyway, this is currently blowing my mind:

Damn those trappy, tricksy fish.
I don't mind his play that much. There's not much you can have to pay him off with if you check the flop and bet half pot on the turn, and by the river he's got all the good cards, so he might as well let you bluff.

I think you are being too kind
It looks like just a classic fishy slowplay to me. I agree that my line is somewhat weak (though I can have medium Kx/TT type hands and still can play them this way because its a sng) but that's not the point. Once you get your opponent to bet, finally, after checking twice, I think you have to check raise. How else do you get all the money in?

Spose.
I agree, Bet, Bet, Bet! If you have nothing then so be it. At least I've tried to make the most out of my monster.

Ahhhh, Luke. The force is strong within you. Well have you been taught. ♦
Yep he should bet turn, bet river. When hero check this flop I would assume its often with hand that has some sort of showdown value and I assume hero plan here was to call turn (unless bet is huge) and evaluate river when checking this flop.

or: bet turn, tank on river for 40 seconds, say: "you got nothing!" and overbet jam.
