Hello sunchyme1,

Against this loose passive player I prefer to just check preflop and see the flop. He is limping many hands that are ahead of use and are limp/calling so I don't like the shove.

Guys if you have any questions, do not hesitate to write in this thread by clicking the button or

I get in this spot often and I'm wondering if we can debate it a little.

1. How about a range for shoving over him?
2. What about if we were 7bb deep? Or 5bb?
3. What if we were BU?
4. What if there were another loose/passive player limping?

For me
1. A7o+,A5s+, KJ+, maybe QJ and KT, 44 or 55+
2. I look if the blinds will increase before they will hit me. If it's the case i might go as wide as
A2s+, A4o+, K9o, QTo, 22+
3. Basically the same ranges
4. I am not really going for a tigher shove range, if anything i'm widening up. So i might include hands like K7s, Q8s, J9s here, if i stand to gain over half my stack from dead money.

What would be some good ranges in these situations?

Hi,

I want to ask you when you have questions about the hand to use on of this two buttons:
or
or we may miss your question and response slower than usual.

And about the hand:

1. Something like A8o+, A7s+, KJ+, 22+
2.We can shove wider ofc - A2s+, A7o+, K9s+, KTo+, QTs+. QJo, 22+> Something like this.
3.Basicly the same but a bit tighter of course. ~2-3% tighter.
4. Than we can widen up our range because there are more money in the middle. Of course the difference should not be that big. Just few percent wider range.

Best regards,
Antoan
