Money was good but I really care most how much I worked on my game and noticed improvement on my own in 2 areas - both tactical and mental. Grind was already there for months so it was no big deal to me to play those games it was question if my tactical game could be improved and my mental game to stay strong while 15 tabling (only first couple of days I played 12 tables after that 15 always). I can with confidence say that I did excellent job with both and look forward building on this in months to come.
P.S. Of course money part is good also but it can always be better or worse - I try not to think about it anymore!

With them I believe I have over 4k games but still it can always be more of course

So today no studying or playing poker but I will watch my best friend 2 table 1.50$ 6 max on Stars later on today Before that I very much look forward to lunch with Gerovit to celebrate our work in past year and half , exchange words of gratitude cause lets face it I am the most grateful person to him for teaching me to play poker and make more money that I ever taught I needed for life! After the lunch I have to go for big shopping for new years - we have guests coming to our place (my brothers) tomorrow and it will be family reunion. Very much look forward to it also, talk jokes past present and future stories from our lives and play with kids some playstation (will have to rent one mine burned out lol), eat some awesome Serbian food, drink some Serbian Rakija and some great beer later... What happened in 2013
Started my year while finishing up with my WPT grind (11-33 turbos and 6 max hypers 7s to 22s). Finished the whole WPT successfully with post RB profit even with 300 buy ins ds since I switched to it (from October).
Around March or so, switched to Ongame where I was playing 11-54$ 5 max (some 108$ games also) very successfully. Made profit there pre and post rb and felt great about my (overly aggressive) game. In the process meet some great guys who were my rivals at the tables but are great friends of mine today - Gavron and Demonic! Finished the whole Ongame thing around end of May and decided to switch to Stars for good (volume any time of the day, higher ceiling for improvement, bigger buy ins/better hourly in perspective, change my life rhythm/sleeping patterns/organize my life differently).
Started playing Stars on June 10th with some pretty strong goals and challenges. My game on other networks gave me wings that I would cruise trough past 6 months. Boy was I wrong! I had been auto piloting with 3-4 leaks all the way until December where I sat down and started working on my game daily again. Those 3-4 leaks were my HU game, stacking off ranges facing 3-4 bet, missing on post flop value betting turn/river or making profitable double/triple barrels and finally not dominating/exploiting opponents enough in bubbles. Trough the past 6 months I have improved a lot as during this period I was changing my game, adjusting my open and call ranges while multi tabling minimum 12 tables up to 20 or so.
After whole Stars experience I can sum it up as following:
- Grind was excellent, meet my expectations and goals I had
- Money from RB was excellent and meet my expectations and goals I had
- My game was in a rut (both mental and tactical mostly caused by bad mental game) for 4 months which severely damaged my ROI during that time
- Money expected from profit was not meet which was a fail for me personally
- Towards the end of this year I have regained my old habit, working every day 1-2 hours and improved my mental game (done assignments from mental game of poker + 7 habits of very successful people) as well as tactical (corrected most of my leaks, just HU leak fixing has increased difference between my 1st and 2nd places in favor of 1st for 3%+!)
- I now have enough money to play on my own (about 300 buy ins for 15s) and feel my mental and tactical game (15 tabling on average) is profitable for this limit pre RB with minimum 2%+ ROI
- Super grateful that I went trough with Stars, got Supernova and meet most of my goals I set (earned money I needed to play on my own, did grind pretty sick number of games and got me to work on my game steadily again!)
- Coached a lot of people with Gerovit in our program which made me more than enough money to pay my living expenses in Serbia while saving up all the Stars money
- During Stars period (and before) made some great new poker friends here on Strategy and very happy to have all these people be daily part of my life now (it would be unfair to some if I omit them but you guys know who you are out there!)
- Finished my coaching and staking deal with Gerovit very succesfully (great friendship, super gratefull for what he taught me so far and money we made together!)
Expectations in 2014
Poker goals
- Increase EV ROI on 15s 6 max 5%+ long term with mass multi tabling
- Grind 30k SNGs
- Make post RB profit of minimum 30k+ $
- Mix 15s and 30s 6 max as BR increases, move soon to 30s+ exclusively
- Constant daily habit to continue on working on the game minimum 1 hour
- Purchase and set up Table Ninja 2 and/or Sharkystrator (for table selection)
- Switch to Holdem Manager 2 and use it effectively
- Work on some of the new game formats such us HU Hypers, Fifty50s, 6 max cash game etc
- Find adequate coaching for hourly to improve my game for 30s and 60s+, new video materials and constant sweets with fellow regs on current and higher limits
- Minimum Supernova 100k if 30s+ start soon in the year minimum 200-300k Supernova
Gym goals
- Minimum 3 hours a week, increase to 5-6 hours
- Loose 10-15kgs by the end of the year (at 92kg currently)
- Workout using 5x5 Stronglifts as well as HIIT cardio
- Eat healthy and have solid sleeping pattern
- Feel more stronger, energized and in shape in general
Coaching goals
- Minimum 4-5 hours a week coaching in our program
- Brother and best friend coaching as much as possible
- Teach brother to get to 15s minimum and best friend to make minimum 500$ a month steady
- Teach my students to be profitable pre RB in all limits they play
- Make minimum monthly profit from coaching of 500+ euro
- Consider applying for Poker Strategy Coach position
Music goals
- Minimum 2 up to 5 students for guitar/music lessons
- Open option for Jazz album recording (with crew from Belgrade - must move there for couple of months to make it happen)
- Performing for love of the music and for hobby (no money expectations in performances)
- YouTube channel update with new videos (performances, video and/or live lesson samples, transcribed solo's of Jazz greats etc)
- Make from teaching 200-500$ a month
Travel goals
- Sofia visit Gavron and Kurrkie
- Prague visit Milan Burdych , win live event packages and play them, party and hook up with sexy girls
- USA trip 4 weeks Boston, NYC, Miami and Vegas with Gavron
- Belgrade visit my brother and sister, a lot of friends, perform Jazz, hook up with sexy girls and watch Partizan Belgrade games)
- Herceg Novi (Montenegro) visit for seaside enjoyment and hang with family there
- If things work out go to WSOP in Vegas and grind there with fellow crushers for couple of weeks (would be crown of my work so far!)
Life changes
- More time spending with my close family (Mom and Dad)
- Hope to find steady girlfriend that will understand Poker as life calling and career choice, get her unreserved support for it and it helps if she is hot Asian girl
- Watch more games with friends (Partizan, Serbia games, Premier League etc)
- Going out more and partying in general
- Coffee drinking with close friends and hot Serbian girls
- TV Shows and Movies for relaxing more
- Play Station 4 to have long nights with friends crushing PES and NBA
- Lots of sexy and hot girls in general until the right one comes along
- Read more motivational and self help books
- Have flexible time management and prioritize things for family, friends, work (poker and music) girls and enjoyment!

Words of encouragement mean a lot coming from such a pro and my idol to say the least. I will not give up on contrary I will switch my focus more to study and less of a grind so things should work out even more in my favor this year. I feel that I can become winner pre RB on 30s and 60s turbos this year, its all up to me really if I put the work it will happen if I slack off and fool around I will be in the safe zone mass multi tabling 15s! I want to improve, I want to move forward and perhaps set this year up as SNE chase using turbos next year (30-60-100s 6 max) or switch to hypers - either way I want to mentally, tactically, financially and life balance wise prepare myself for SNE chase next year (it would be amazing accomplishment considering I started with 1.5$ 9 max year and a half ago!)

Some advice on the goals you have set yourself, some are really vague and as a consequence you won't be able to say for yourself if have met them at the end of the year. For example these three:
- Workout using 5x5 Stronglifts as well as HIIT cardio
- Eat healthy and have solid sleeping pattern
- Feel more stronger, energized and in shape in general
They are not quantifiable, so instead I would say something like:
"Go to bed before 1:00AM at least 4 times a week" or something like that.
Other than that, you had a good year and as LTT said, if you continue to work this hard you will make it big in poker.

All the goals I lay out in the yearly update I have then broken down very specifically in special notebook I keep at home. That basically deals with each area and goal like you wrote above. How much sleep I should get, what kind of food to eat and all that.. So I am approaching it all very methodically, don't want to leave such a challenge slip anymore!
Thanks, I feel this year will be very good for me in all areas, already started really good (girls calling me today spent time with family watched my best friend play 1.5 and played 50 games on my own table selecting - enough for a days work!)

Nothing against Sofia but there is no Asian girls there unfortunately and I have super soft spot for them. Prague however has some and is ideal place for me
Ok guys, if the year will go as it started I have nothing against it!
I was table selecting and it took me 2.4 hours to play 50 games. I basically wanted to have 2 fishes per table which is what I accomplished. There were bubble setups, BVB standard shove/call setups but was super pleased with how I played in all phases + crushed HU like a boss.
January 1st
50 games - 2.4 hours
EV ROI 11.9% (82.30$)
ROI 13.6% (101.92$)
P.S. Super exited about my xmas session with LTT tomorrow!
