Hello!
My name is Pedro Madeira and im a professional poker player. I am 24 years old and was born in Brazil , country that I live atm. I have been playing poker for the last 6 years , comming from the fixed limit cash games to high stakes mtt , wich I play nowadays.
During this 6 years I went to university, mechanical engineering , but never graduated. I did not finish my course simply because I was not interested in it. I just do not see myself working for a company , every day from 8am to 5pm , picking up my kids at school , go back home , kiss the wife , watch the news and go to bed. That`s the main reason that led me to quit school and become a professional poker player. Combined to that is my love to be free , travel , see different places and meet different people ( during this school time I took a 1.5 year break and went to USA and Australia to study business. ) .
Altough Ive never graduated I plan on doing it . So here is the main point why im writing this blog. Despite of being a professional poker player for two years ,ive never dedicated myself entirely for it , having school to go and other business aside. Therefore I decided to take this first semester of this year only for poker , playing both live and online, traveling te world.
So here I will post some experiences , hands , feelings , everything related to my poker lifestyle during this time.
