Effective stack size
The single most important factor when considering possible pre-flop actions is the effective stack. Your stack limits your possibilities. It is not only your stack that matters, but the effective stack.
For example, assume you have 100bb, but everyone else still in the hand has less than 20bb. It makes little difference if you have 20bb or 100bb in that case, so it's unreasonable to treat your stack – in terms of possible actions – as a 100bb one.
Take a look at how to define you effective stack size. If all players left in the hand have you covered, your effective stack is simply equal to your stack. If some players have smaller stacks, your effective stack is the smaller of the two: your own stack size and the average stack of players left to act. When the stacks of three or more players yet to act differ substantially, it is advisable to disregard the smallest and largest stacks when taking the average to avoid skewed results.

in today`s coaching you were talking about analysis-tools. You said that in the meantime SNG-Wizz has been somehow outdated and that you would recommend using tools like HR-Calculator, ICMizer or ICM-Explorer.
When I watch videos and live coachings, what I see is that the most coaches are using HR-Calculator and in fact it looks very nice, showing 3 -bet ranges, nash equilibriums and so on.
Now, everybody who works with SnG-Wizz knows, that the given ranges in many spots are more than questionable and that you have to adjust them to more realistic ranges.
So, when you use the right ranges (as far as it can be right because it`s an estimation), the results should not differ from HR-Calculator results or lead you into a missplay, doesn`t it?
Or do you see any other disadvantages in using SnG-Wizz respectively advantages of HR-Calculator, that you would prefer using it.

it says that the most important factor is the effektiv stacksize, it does not state, it is the only important factor, so it might not be the perfect phrase, but I don't think it is wrong that way.

The other tools calculate ranges based on the current situation, so to say flexible, even with which hands are good pushes against the assumed callingranges (is it better to push Ahigh or connectors).
So the calculations are kind of what "should be played if everyone was playing a GTO game". And that imho is a better starting point then the one form wizard that is somehow random (cause it is taken from fix charts). Of course you still have to adjust the ranges (I hope I showed that) to how you think your opponents play, but the starting point is better.
And yes if you use the same ranges in all these tools, the results will be the same.

Thanks for the ICM insite explaing. Saw the coaching today in Justin tv. It was not boring and you explained it very well.
In the last part you were talking about AA to get it in or not. For me is preflop Allin in 99% always happy to get it in. And often to see it broken by 63o or 94s or hit other options to win but I know that I had the strongest cards Preflop.
Fold is only the option if bigstack push and 2 smallstacks call and my fold is my ticket to get in the money.
After trying other variants of poker I will focus now on sng tabeling. So we I will follow more coachings of this type life or in replay.
