You should really add your guys positions here, as well as stack depths. That should help the community to evaluate your decisions. Some stats could be usefull, too.
As played, I think you should just call this flop. It's quite dry and there are only a few draws and if he is bluffing, he will give up all his bluffs to your raise. Pot-size donk is usually strong, too, so I wouldn't raise here. I'd just call and re-evaluate turn.
As played, if you raise and get a 3-bet you are not in good shape often enough IMO to justify playing for stacks. So you have to fold.

I don't know really.I'll put him on nines or tens and he try to protect him by donk bet .Also,because I didn't seen him on tables and may think that he's recreational player.Anyway I made mistake for sure.

If we knew that the player was out of his mind then I would simply still call flop to keep his bluffs in. Think if he is pot-donking here with a hand like 9To - it will fold to your raise, but he might bet 3 streets with it if you just call ♦
Now his play was obviously horrible
