I managed to make 10k+ profits, but didn't play 4k MTTs like I planned and I'm still reading the first book. I've read about 50% of it.

Hey guys!
I haven't been able to grind much lately. After my vacation I had a panic attack during a session which actually required me to sit out all tables and quit. I called an ambulance because I wasn't really sure what it was, even tho I was almost sure I was having a panic attack. Anyways after that it hasn't been easy to grind because of the feeling I might get another panic attack. According to my doctor this feeling by itself might cause another panic attack and because of that I really can't put in much volume during the next few months. For now I will have to just avoid stress and only play short sessions and just try to get some MTTs played.
So the next few months it's probably going to be:
* Less grinding, higher buy-ins.
* More travelling, going out and doing things I want to.
* Some livepoker
I booked flights to Alicante, Spain 23th January to 30th January. Plan is to rent a car and take this trip: http://goo.gl/maps/Pnlkq This would mean 1 night Alicante, 2 nights Madrid, 1 night Zaragoza, 2 nights Barcelona and back to Alicante, if possible I will visit at least one casino in all citys. Hopefully I will find some decent and cheap camera to buy so I can take some pictures during the trip.
Sad to hear. Hopefully you`ll get better.

RE: The panic attack, it is a horrible thing to go through. I have some experience of it myself. The vicious circle describes it best, once you break that circle it gets easier and when you realise that you are not alone in this experience, others have gotten through and so will you, that will also help
Please seek help, it is out there and it does work.

I haven't had any panic attacks after I started to follow these 4 steps.
I will go to a doctor just to be sure, but I am pretty sure I am ok now.

My week in spain was awesome. We decided to skip Madrid and Zargoza and go in Valencia for 2 days instead.
I went to casino 3 times, once in barcelona and twice in Alicante. Games were soft, (Alicante NL500, Barcelona NL400) Barcelona game deffinately much more tight. In barcelona table there was 2 - 3 pros + me I think, Alicante 0 x first night, 1 x in second night. I could have switched the game in barcelona I guess, but wasn't really sure should I go back to waiting list or just look for a free seat. I also had like 2k€ in front me and wasn't sure were I could get "that thing you stack your chips" and of course I didn't ask for help, lol. 
In valencia I was robbed. 800€ from credit card + 200 - 300€ cash. Not nice, but I can live with it.
In barcelona it basically took first day to find some place to park our car. In first parking lot there was a man who didn't speak one word of english, but he wanted our car keys to "park our car", not really sure is this normal in spain, but obviously we didn't agreed to do that. After 2 hours of driving and searching for cheap parking our hotel staff advised, we decided to take the easy way and pay 25€/day for parking next to our hotel. Cheap one would been 10€/day, not sure it even existed tho (most parking lots were 25€ - 40€/day).
It's weird how hard it was for me to find a toothbrush from Barcelona. There was these small shops which sell you beer, pizzas + other small stuff you don't really need but you might want. If you want to find real food or basic things like a toothbrush. You need to go to "Big supermarket" which there are few (at least not enough) and are not open 24/7. In finland you can find a toothbrush, normal food + lot other stuff in any gas station or small shop. Gas stations in spain sold only gas, candy, chips and some drinks (bottled water, coke and so on). I guess some things are better here in finland, even tho you wouldn't believe it when it's freezing cold. It's hard to live healthy and do your work + other liabilitys from abroad. If I would be travelling all the time, I would probably be broke and fat after 6 months so I guess I just have to keep grinding and book these 1 - 2 week trips for now and then.
I hopefully make another post with some pictures, but don't count on it.

Yesterday I was somewhat close to Triple crown. 1st in 109$ Turbo Hundo (FTP) 3,5k$, 2nd in 100€ Hot (2k€) (Pokerstars.fr), 4th in 100$ 10k gtd Partypoker (1k$). Obviously much easier to be in top 4 or top 2 than actually win 3 tournaments. Anyways nice 6,5k$ profit for the session.

Did you immediately close the credit card after the robbery? If yes, you might be able to get the 800€, or some of it back. Search more online and ask your bank how to proceed.
