Hey you. Yeah you. You look like someone who might be interested in free VPPs. Open your PS client and enter the starcode "jumpstart"...see what happens!

How many we get? Is it played dependant, or a static gift?
Cause i dont wanna look at my cashier

It depends on how many VPPs you made in December or up until you use the code.

I just discovered your blog here, cool videos! I'm a 25nl/50nl reg and I'm going for the supernova for the first time, so I'll be following your challenge closely as your goals are similar to mine. GL and happy new year!

I stumbled upon this cool new YouTube option to create a hangout that both streams AND records at the same time. So now I can both save time AND interact with anyone who's around to hangout during recordings!

Here's the first result from today:

It was about time for another live play episode so I took 2 bullets to the 50NL Zoom tables:

We just had another hangout on YouTube and since I have been losing quite a little at 50NL the last couple of days I talked about things to do during a downswing (or what I usually do).

Wanted to stick to 45 mins but with hand analysis in the end I got close to 1 hour, so hope you enjoy episode 57:

Hey Felix

Great job man, keep it up. The thread is amazing, inspiring everyone to keep grinding. Awesome

How many BI swings would you expect as a solid player ? How much you think it's within 'normal' and when should we start worrying?!

I'm in a downswing as well now, so it's good to relate to someone going through the same difficulties.

Cheers!
Keep up the good work!
GL at the tables.

About your question I think it depends on what format you play, how well you're adjusted to your average opponent at the stakes you play and how strict your gameselection/poolselection is.

I would advise to toy around with some variance simulators to get a better understanding. It is definitely possible to go through major 10+.20+ even 30+ BI downers on 6 digit samples even when your winrate is quite solid.

Once you get to 100k+ hands at a certain level and didn't at least breakeven, I would start to worry a little. Make it another 100k and re-evaluate :)

GL with your grind and always stay motivated!

P.S: New episode coming out tomorrow!

Yesterday's hangout was a bit of a technical mess so I had to split it up into two hangouts, which means that you get two episodes today:

#59

#60

Here's the current graph of the challenge so far:

BR: $1908

Finally hit the 2k bankroll milestone today and decided to do a spontaneous celebration hangout:

From now on any money beyond 2k will be invested into 50NL Zoom shots!
