GL anyway!

THX man, I thought about that, but 770 fdb is not that attractive, so I don't care, MPN FDB's are great: I celar 1k€ in couple of days, but this FDB is like 20% RB so I don't care that much. And this is really excitement to me, oh yeah I already made one mini session at PLO4 , I was losing few stacks in the beginning, then I adapted to micro stakes, and started to crush, now I can't continue bcs I'm going out for a dinner with my Mrs.

PLO2 HU (and, more generally, all 0.01/0.02 HU) was offered but is gone since the removal of dollar games.

That's right! YOHABO is a golden rule! (You only have a bonus once! What a pity I didn't stick to it - have taken too many bonuses at once, thinking I'd have time to grind them all out...)

Oooh nice another plo player!
I'm sure you'll make it far, the plo oponents are soft in general and you obviously got a great mind for poker! Is there any site that offers plo2HU? You'd sure make a profit on the 6-max tables aswell! Good luck sir!

Thx mate, yeah I'm in your team now too :)
Nope, there is no plo2 at ipoker so i changed the challenge to PLO4-PLO1k, there are plo4€ hu tables.
I will probably play some NLH HU also when no action at plo. But will concentrate on learning plo from the beginning, so I'll ask you for help sometimes if I can. Cya around bud!

I didn't play yesterday bcs I took a day offand spent it with my family. Today I watched some HU videos (both NLH anD PLO) here @ pokerstrategy. And play one mini session at PLO and NLH4€. I got some more action at NLH though. But never mind, for me it's only important that it's HU- after this challenge I want to become a HU beast- I believe that after i accomplish that I'll be ready to play zoom200 and 500. (My long term goal is still to go for SNE in 2015).

Oh yeah, the numbers gentlemen: (not that big as usual :) )
My bnr is at 121$ and I can't wait to hit 200 and start playing 0.05/0.10.

Also, it's probably nit fair to move my first love NLH out of title because I will still play some speed to stay in shape, also my hu game has some nlh action too. So I'm probably looking for slight change inmy title..

And yeah, rake is really a killer at 0.02/0.04 so I avoid long 'battles' and try to make people go on tilt as soon as possible so they manage to put the money in when behind. For now, it's working fine. I hope that at 0.05/0.10 will be slightly better rake wised.

That's all for now guys, let's hope that I can make a 12 bi's day and move up on Tuesday. All in all, gl guys in your own battles.

OK, I faced first problems regarding my challenge (but I'm not quitting don't worry). The problem is that there is no enough traffic to play some decent volume at PLO HU micros, so I ended up playing NLH HU some big portion of time. However, I don't feel good playing NLH micros, I mean the challenge is meaningless if I will play NLH micros (it's not challenging I already made my way up to NL100€ there, why would it be challenge to play NL10 now? Just bcs it's HU, naah I can play NL HU up to NL1k with some villians and having zero problems, so nah that doesn't make sense.

So, I decided to not play NL HU obviously, but just PLO HU as my challenge is named in the first place. Now, there is a second problem; there is just no enough traffic to just play PLO HU micros. I found one opponent yesterday at PLO10, he didn't go away for 1 hour, but he was freaking nit, I never seen that nitty guy at PLO HU actually. (He didn't bet Khigh flush after check check flop and turn ?(. He actually didn't bet anything but nuts, ( he was just check calling around keeping pots small) So, you can imagine who was the winner there, I was slight winner, and rake was the crusher :). OK, we're off the topic a little bit now :) So, we have a traffic problems and it's boring to play 100-200-300 hands per day. So i thought, what to play while learning and crushing PLO- exactly- some more PLO.

I will stay with my challenge here on ipoker, and climb up as high as i can at PLO HU, which will probably take some time, and I will in the same time start playing PLO zoom at pokerstars. For that purposes I already watched 5-6 videos about PLO SH here, and I will in some point when get some idea about PLO zoom, ask one great guy here to help me with some coaching sessions. Yeah, I'm talking about Skod (He refused to coach me for HU bcs he said it's not his field of expertise- such a honest thing to do, so now Skod I'll be playing SH too, so you don't have any excuse :) )

So to conclude:
:diamond: ipoker: climbing up at PLO HU
:diamond: pstars: zooming up (I'll ask for some advices at which level to start
:diamond: I started going to gym together with my swimming: So, for the next two weeks: 4x swimming and 4x gym.

That's all I guess for now. cya buds :f_love: :f_love: :f_love: :f_love:

I can't see how Skod's opinion on which level to start zooming is less valuable to you than that of random posters here. But if you want mine, I think it's OK to start at any level, because of the favourable VPP multipliers at the nanostakes (10 VPP/$ at $2, 8.5 at $5, 7 at $10). $10 Zoom is heaven (as much as a pool with 30% table VPIP can be :f_tongue: ) but $25 is rumoured to be reasonably soft too. $50 is where problems begin.

And actually, Stars are also a good destination for PLO HU because the rake cap is $0.50, not €1/£1 like on iPoker, which is crucial, especially at the 0.25/0.50 level, because pots get big quite often.

^ hi bud, I actually didn't say I will ask skod where to start, i said that I will do some coachings with him afterwards when I get into SH more seriously. Yeah I alreqdy say that as soon a I get to PLO50 HU I'm moving hu action to ps also.
Thx for your opinions, I think I'll start at plo25 zoom and see where that brings me. Hopefully, I won't need to go backwards in the future hehe, what are you playin now mate?

I play about 40 hands of Zoom PLO10 daily to get bonus SPs needed for the Gold status :f_tongue:

My main games are still JP SnG and Twister. Yday I was having trouble meeting a rake goal, added €50-100 DoNs and of course got slaughtered (but ran way below ICM EV). I'm afraid to check the session in Holdemresources Calc, I think I committed 5-10 spews worth 5-10% of the prize pool in the DoNs :f_cry: (it's hard to spew like that in JP SnG with their 50/30/20 payouts).

These JP sngs seems so attractive but it's probably close to impossible to win 6 and take the jp down, isn't it? I used to play 6max hypers before at stars, and some
Fifty50s but never played DoNs. Btw dons seeems to be way overraked at ipoker.

An average player takes the JP once in 46656 games on average, but a reg can of course lower that number to 40K, 30K or even 20K games.

Rake is combatted by getting the top VIP level and 90-100% cashback :f_thumbsup: It's fish who pay for all the pleasure.

My first PLO zoom SH session ever, so I'm pretty proud of it:
It's all PLO25:

In the end my AAxx survived draws OTF; that's why my winnings line finally reached and in the end went above EV line. That feels good at the end of a session, doesn't it? hehe

I also earned more than 400 VPPs, so I can't wait to go up to PLO50, and make some quick SN :) I will now make a break, and afterwards try to find some action at PLO HU at ipoker.

SNE is the only real thing; SN is just a consolation for medium volume players, who earn only a tiny RB% from mission weeks, daily challenges and the likes, in vain hope that they don't switch to iPoker where their rake is respected.

SNE is pretty realistic if I succeed to crush PLO ZOOM. Especially, if I can crush both PLO and NLH zoom, si I can mix it through the year. Ok, probably not this year, but 2015 could be the SNEyear if I continue to work on both NLH and PLO zoom, and I'mdoing exactly that with these PLO challenges.

OK guys: I'm still PLO SH fish HAHA, I went down 18 bi's at PLo25 zoom :f_biggrin: I ran 10 bi's below EV, but still.. crazy game.. haha I actually love it even more now.. PLO rocks!

however, I need to gain some self- confidence after this adventure, so I'm taking a break from PLO SH (HU challenge is still on but it's slow I know), so I decided to do a short challenge: going back to grind one limit of NLH I never grinded before: NL25 zoom.

I will play 100k hands of NL25 zoom starting tonight with my first mini session before going to sleep, I will ask you guys (if you are interested) to make some guesses of my BB/100 (real not EV) after 100k hands there. The one who will be the closest wins $50 (I will send it to him on stars- no other payment options).

As I said I never played Nl25 (I skipped that level so I can't help you in your guesses). These are the rules:

:diamond:Every shot must be unique: no same numbers please
:diamond:You can use decimals in your shots
:diamond:After we close the game I will put numbers and names in OP (won't show any graphs or tell how it's going until then obviously)
:diamond:you can take shots from 17BB/100 down
:diamond:If I have 17.01 or more I win, so nobody receives 50 bucks (think that's fair: 17bb/100 over 100k hands is really hard at zoom you will agree)
:diamond:If for any reason I don't end the challenge, and don't play 100k hands the winner is the one who proposed the smallest winrate.
:diamond:there is no limit in how small you can go (so -599BB/100 is possible shot)
:diamond:I must stop at 100k hands

Good Luck guys!

I guess I will start then :)

My guess is 8.7 bb/100. I hope you will get at least that. Anyways...good luck with your challenge!
