Postflop: I think that betting bigger on the flop (at least 40c) would be better and I don't think we should fold to one raise there.

I had a feeling that would be the case since the flop is pretty dry and i've noticed from these hand evals that i've been betting a bit small on the flop in many cases

Can I ask what range we're putting him on if we do call his raise on the flop? He still has two players behind him to act, so it looks like he's either got a strong Queen or a 6 that doesn't want to price in any flush draws.

If we call flop, should we check-call any moderately sized bet on a non-club turn?

This is a spot where people are face up often. If he was bluffing/semibluffing he will almost always give up on the turn so we can call one and play the turn.

Obviously HU we play this different and in a multiway pot we give his barrels a lot more credit.
