I'm not allowed to play for money on several poker sites because they claim that either I'm American or in the USA, which is not true since I'm in Croatia and Croatian. The explanation is that I use a proxy server or something and hiding my location. I've been playing for several years and nothing like this happened before. I also deposited and withdrew money to and from all of these sites.

So I figure it's a internet provider problem but I have no idea what the hell is a proxy server and how did this come to be? What can I do to fix this?

Thanks.

It is not you is them:)

I checked H1 Facebook site and it looks like also other clients have the same problem as you do.

So i think you just have to call their customer service and tell them what the problem. I am sure they are aware of it.
