You will need to stick to SHC. 34o is not on ANY SHC I have seen.
Fold preflop.
Fold Flop.
Fold Turn
Dont even bet the river cause your not supposed to be there
SSS teaches you not to be a fish.

Hi c4ught,

pot odds preflop is 7:1 and I only dare to complete my SB with 43o when pot odds are around 8.5:1.
If you are sure that BB is a passive guy, limping in with 43o (SOMETIMES) doesnt hurt with 7:1 as pot odd.

Flop:
3:1 to call with your OESD and I would do that to since Mp1 maybe wants to take a stab at the pot. If you hit, you get payed out by any Ax holding.

Turn: Good
River: Good! to bad they fold

call perhaps one more will call and we get nice odds on the flop. but 3:1 is also not bad.

Fold preflop, fold flop (bad odds and you can't really rely on implied odds as you don't have much with sss).

I also encourage you to reread the basic articles. They provide easy answers to how to play 43o preflop and how to play draws in unraised pots.

i disagree with you.

we normaly need 5:1 for our oesd. we get 3:1 but i am very sure, that we will get the rest in we need to be profitabel, when we hit.

we have 3$ left in an 1.6$ pot this should be enough also as an sssler

Ok, I understand your point.

My arguments are: there's also utg+2 behind who can squeeze us. Also, we're having bottom edge of oesd hence some gutshot (which are common on those limits where nobody cares and just calls) can have us beat even if we hit one of ours upper 4 outs. With pot odds being not enough, I will encourage fresh players on NL20 to fold in this spot.

Still, I'm folding 43o preflop generally always, think we agree at this point.
