BB is a fish. He 3bets 18.2%, and his size is only 2x so i decided to call. We hit our set on the flop. BB is pretty passive postflop, low fold to cbet and agg and high wtsd. I thought it would we more profitable to bet myself than just check behind. Is this fine?

Hi la55i,

Have little experience on 6 max tables.

Is it an option to just call pre-flop? Since you took initiative pre-flop you might losse EV by playing check/raise on the flop.

Could also reduce flop bet to 1/2 pot with this dry board in order to get player 4 to call.

Hope this helps

PF is fine. You have good odds to call.

On the flop, since he 3bets a lot, he has a big range, so, when you donk, you make him fold a lot of his range.

I think it woulde be better wait for him to bet, because if he does not cbet this board he will also fold to your donkbet, I guess.

Hi,

Pre-flop is fine. We can't fold with these odds.

When he checks the flop I would stabb too, but more like a bit over half pot than 3/4.

But overall this hand was fine :)!
