I played this hand against a regular who knows that I steal with 3bb BTN & 4bb SB. Also he got lucky when he got dealt AKo and I pushed with 12BB with A8s from BTn according to sklansky.

Anyways, should I raise 4bb or push it from SB?:

I would say 50/50 to keep variacy, you don't want to repeat same move.

nh.
I'm not sure how badly you'll have to mix up.
SC is based on the fact that the BB knows your hand, so even if he got a perfect read on you, if you push according to the charts it will be profitable.
But if you want to mix up, you can of course push stronger Aces and higher PP in the same spot. I think it's better to only make a normal raise with the hands that have good playability on the flop.
But I've never played using SC, so it's all just based on the theory I've read about it and my own thoughts :)

standard S&C but try to play this hands like your normal hands, because this will be more profitable

I say it's ok, but I rarely use sklansky's methods for 'normal' hands like this one until my stack gets really small. If it were me, I'd have raised it 4bb, but as played it's also correct.

You play Bet/Push preflop or Bet/Fold to a reraise?

depends on your image and your oppenent.

but with a7 i would fold to a 3-bet vs unknown

Yup, as allizdoR said, fold against unknown probably.

But it depends, on your stack as well of course.

Since you recently shoved A8s perhaps villain would be more likely to play correctly if you open-shoved.

He may correctly (but incorrectly according to SC calling) fold to your shove with his weaker Ax hands as opposed to making a "bad" call.

He may also credit you with a bigger hand this time if you raise normal.

Raise 4BB's this time.
