I would prefer to choose other hands to 4bet as a bluff here.
Reason is that I'm expecting him to call a lot due to our stack size.

I think I would 4bet some K8s or 85s kind of hands to avoid domination issues.
For value, I think we can 4bet/fold AQ, AK, TT-QQ.

How much is a lot? I'm not sure my "a lot" is the same as your "a lot"...

I'd call pre against 18%+ 3bet range.

Flop bet in 4bp doesn't accomplish anything. Villain calls every better hand and only few worse hands. It's especially bad to just bet flop and check down on this type of a runout. If you bet flop, i don't hate tripling it off but I do think there are many better hands for that.
