For the $0.50 360man MTT turbo is like 40-50 tornies daily and for the $2.50 am not a reg yet. Will do a video of me winning my 1st $2.50 before Micro Million starts if I get 4 more request.

Am back guys!

I have to restart all over again and build back my bankroll, get back my poker mindset and get back my poker confidence. Also my variance intolerance.

Will be going in a Poker Lockdown for the 15 days that remain in April

Lock down Challenge
11days to make 250$

wont be grinding my regular session on weekends

Will try to satellite my way in the BIGGEST $5 and $11 on Sunday and maybe sunday storm.
Will start back playing $1.5K Top Gear on Ipoker.

I won an entry to the Sunday Storm in a 10max STT with only 1 entry for 1st place!

I played a $3.50 STT yesterday and the day before and got both 1st places. So far I got 3 1st places out of 5 (3/5) and the 2 other times that I never cash was because I got set mine vs my Aces and flush out. Theres not much variance, players fold to steal more and players play tight waiting to be in push or fold mode. Am considering playing it then move up to the $7 STT.

Then I will finally escape micros. :]

Good luck, Acepeci! Really hope you can build your bankroll and get to the $2.50s! Perhaps you'll get your break in the Sunday Storm _thumbsup:

Pokerstars cruel!!

Guess what happened?

Was running deep in the Bigger $3.30 then I got Aces.

I think I played it bad. I should have bet less on flop (1.8K) and if he raises call since am so deep. Then try to call down cheaply or hope he check the turn. I tried not to 3bet him too much preflop so I have room to play since we are so deep. I think they call that small ball strategy.

Am still learning

They always flop a strong hand

I was playing the $2.20 1R1A and I raise 66 from Ep1 with a decent stack and flop a set but villain had to out-flop me and flop a flush and I was trying to protect against the flush as smartly as possibly but got KOed

From playing big torny on Friday and on Saturday night I learned to fold to raise on flop when am deep or not to reraise or to make instinctive hero folds. Its not worth the deep stack and long hours invested when you can play small ball strategy and compensate for the chips and slowly accumulate more chips.

My thoughts for the day =)

Will be playing my 1st Sunday Storm and Sunday Millions Satellite Round 2 tomorrow.
wont be playing any other big torny during the week until Carnival Torny next Sunday.

Will have to ban myself from big Tornies and ban myself from playing 2.50$ 180man for next week. I always play $2.50 180man when am not doing well in Tornies. One time hit a 40 buy-in downswing at the 0.50$ 360man MTT then I played the $2.50 180man and I won it. It was so awsome :]

Will have to be discipline and build back my bankroll to where I want it so I can take a shot at the $3.50 45mans. I wont get anywhere if I am leaking buy-ins playing $3.30 1R1A and have to play for long hours to cash and if do get a deep stack and run good pokerstars just going to screw me over. Am retarded when it comes to deepstack in a torny; praying I dont get Aces. :f_grin:

I still have a lot to learn about big tornies. My small ball strategy is great though; Opening in Ep every orbit or once every other orbit to balance my range so dont go card dead and blind out.

I had won a satellite to my 1st sunday storm and I cashed. It was a great experience. I manage to get action with my Aces early and double up and I was discipline to not get knocked out with Aces early on a flop flush board. However villain had a set vs my Aces. It was kinda obvious when he donk the flush flop.

After the bubble burst I had Q9 in the small blind and complete when UTG limped. The flop was Q9K. I checked BB bet and the original opener push All-in, I called for all of my 12bb stack and BB fold. I was expecting to see QT/KT (open ended draw) but I was surprise to see AJ. Villain hit his gutshot ten on the turn and knocked me out. I was already in the money and took my chances.

Sunday Torny Schedule

03:00 Carnival Biggest $16.50 45K Offpeak
13:00 Carnival Biggest $11 $120K

Will be playing the biggest $16.50 at 03:00am during the off peak hours with less players. The daily bigs (16.50) has an average of 2000 players after late reg and assuming that players will be resting to multi-table the Sunday Majors it might not be much more. Unless they are deciding to grind tornies for the whole weekend, Saturday and Sunday straight while I rest on Saturday.

12:30 Sunday Storm $300K

10:00am Poker 770 10K Freeroll

Will be playing the Poker 770 $10K freeroll also. It has less than 600 players and 300 places paid.

Hey SirPaul

I missed the biggest 16.50 because I overslept so I played the biggest $5.50 until poker770 10k freeroll started. I couldnt bother play the biggest 16.50 or sunday storm because I was tired and I woke up too early. When I busted out of the poker 770 freeroll I got frustrated and register into a $2.50 180 man and got 2nd place! A nice boost to continue taking shots.

$2.50 180man Turbo

Am starting to think I can do well in the 180mans. Am starting to prefer them more than the $3.50 45man normal speed. I got 2nd place yesterday (Sunday) and 5th place today on a reg infested board. I have won $100 more buy-in shot at this limit and will continue take shots during the downswing. Hopefully I can become a reg soon at the $2.50 180man Turbo, start multi-tabling and start putting in volume.

Definately dont want to move back down to the brutal $0.50 360man Turbo.

Will be posting a video of me winning the $2.50 180mans soon with audio :f_grin:

Stay cool
