Dear Justin,
Thank you for your email. An upto bank statement with my current address was sent to you on 20th October and acknowledged.
My pending withdrawal from 08th October is currently being processed.
Your email is the final straw for me.
Your customer service /security dept is the most inept I have ever come across.

Here is the history.
1. I requested a withdrawal on 08th Oct
2. You emailed requesting faxed documents which I sent on 09th Oct to the fax number quoted.
3. These documents you promptly managed to lose. Fortunately I had proof of fax sent.
4. I spoke to Lenise in your Customer Service dept on 17th October. She managed to locate the said documents but 1 page was missing so requested copies of a utility bill and a passport which I duly sent.
5. She later rang me informing me of receipt of said documents and that she would issue me with a £20 token for my inconvenience. I thought this meant that all was OK. SILLY ME.
6. You then sent another email requesting a Bank Statement or Utility Bill dated within the last 3 months (why this wasn't asked for before is beyond me).
7. I immediately sent a copy of my First Direct bank Statement which was acknowledged.
8. I then receive an email saying that my withdrawal is being processed. Again I assume that all is verified and OK.
9. The final straw is that I receive your email.

On a separate matter I participated in your cash giveaway promotion and earnt over 9600 MCP entitling me to a minimum of $100. Imagine my surprise when I only received £14.51 roughly $28. I have sent 2 emails re this and surprise surprise have received no reply.

I suggest that you look through all of the various emails/faxes sent regarding this matter and stop wasting my time.
If this how you treat your customers soon you will not have any left.
I would suggest that you show this to your Managing Director so that he/she can rectify the ineptitude within your organisation

i think they ship is sinking ... was bad move to move into Ipoker(sry for my english) ... they just try to save players by action "money mad" bud after it ends they will loose a lot of players imo.

coz guys think it why u should play there?

minus: bad sng,deadly slow support, i dont like software coz u have to read chat pop up, too many SSS,no rakeback,i poker.....

plus: good tourneys - but i think on FT or PS are better

play on PS or FT:best software,lot of weak players,lot players, rakeback,great tourneys, support with you ansvere email after 30mins!!!( on ps) ,and many others so why the hell did not play on those site?

my only reason i played on mansion was unable to send TAF money on FT or PS.... i was unable to withdrawal... but on ongame there vere nice SNG so i used to like it ...

to your problem: it took me more than 1 month to make able withdrawal... i emailed them for 10times... i was typing them that i will sue them or etc... after that they realized to solve my problems... called my on phone and advised me how should i done it....

so my functional combo was: making bank account with SWIFT IBAN,send them photo of my driving license,and try to withdraw at least 300$..and it worked ... my money was at my bank acount in one week

I really feel angry when I read this thread. Why is it too complicated and so long to withdraw YOUR money? They will certainly lose many many players with this style of working.

anyone here who tried to withdraw from mansion to a moneybookers acc? im guessing that would be quicker

true that. also now that they're at ipoker i see no reason to stay at Mansion, i mean there are other ipoker sites with much better loyalty programs..

yes tried like 6times .... always wait to ansver for 4 days:
1 ansver : we have currently problem with moneybookers,order from VIP shop was declained coz not enought of MPP ( i have lot more that needed)
2 ansver : try it again,VIP try it again
3 ansver..cancel it and try it one more time,VIP shop ...you dont have enought MPP

after 3 weeks i send them mail that i have bills to pay and i will sue them coz of low 30 days of making payments

4ansver: they imediatly call me on pohne (in 30mins) and make my order from VIP shop,they told me that i should use my email adress as moneybookers ID so i try to withdaw 250$.... but after 4 days i contact chat service and one lady said me that i should cancel it and try bank transfer... i said no i want my money at moneybookers and she canceled my withdraw...

5 ansver: i try to withdraw 250$ via bank transfer they emailed me after 2 days that minimal withdraw is 300$ so they canceled my request ... but in page they have minimal withdraw via bank transfer like 70$...and they emailed my from security service that i should send them photocopy of my ID

6 ansver: your money was send to your poker account...

that is my story ...imagin every try to withdraw i needed to wait 4 days...and another 2 days to recive ansver via email ...

and imagine my felings ... it was time when dollar was faling down from 1:0.75(euro) to 0.63.... i spend all my summer time more than 3 month(im at university) building my BR from 50$ to 1,5k and unable to wythdraw my hard work was more frustraiting like geting your money stolen ..coz if sombody stolen your money it took only one moment but i have to wait 5-6 weeks and always they crushed my hope

i will probably play only at stable sites like FT or PS i hate to wait one week to just read that my withdraw was canceled coz their problems.

I've made a first time deposit, cleared bonus, i was never asked for copy of my id.

they don't ask for your id (not sure why lol), but you probably won't get your money until you send them a copy of it:) it's in their withdrawal policy, you can check it on their site here

Playing on this site was a big mistake in my poker career. I can't play for 3 weeks now, everything takes fking ages (reply to mail, withdraw, id check). How can they leave my money in Waiting and not tell me a word. This is really unbelievable... I hope I get my money before X-mas.
