I don't see much value in your push on the flop. The only hand your not folding out that you're ahead of is a flush draw. I'd just call the flop and probably call on turn and river. This way your not folding out worse hands.
villain is only AF 1.3, does he c/r often in 3bet pots with TP or worse (fd for example). looks a lot like set of Qs to me

I don't see him minraising with hands like worse aces (AJ) or KK. Do you have any reads whether he like to bluff or semibluff often, especially in 3-bet pots? What's his calling range against a 3bet?
If he's a real nit which plays straightforward and never bluffs, its just a muck. If he's capable of bluffing, I'd call the flop and let him continue. By raising you only pay out better hands and don't get value from worse on the turn.
