Romanian women are hot. I think it's a romany gypsy look. I don't know if it's a look that's just mainly from Romania. I think some Hungarian women have the look as well.
Enjoy the trip.

Time for the challenge

10 week challenge (24th of March - 2nd of June)

- Loose 10kgs in 10 weeks
- Grind 7000 6 max turbo 15s games in 10 weeks
- Coach 140 hours in 10 weeks

Things that I do currently

- Cycling bike past 4 weeks, today starting with 30 minute cycling (increasing 5 mins each week)
- Changing my eating habits, improving my energy levels
- Coaching 1-2 sessions a day average
- Grinding 1.5k - 2k games a month (50-70 games a day average)
- Set up systems for poker, tasks and habits that help me follow through with things much easier

Why this challenge

- My weight is between 90 and 95kg lately (past 3 months), want to drop it down to 80-85kg
- I have put much more emphasis on coaching then grinding lately (want to shift that focus but still coach plenty)
- This challenge will help me focus more and follow through with 3 things that are my biggest priorities in my time management

Expectations after 10 weeks

- 6-7 days a week cycling of 1 hour minimum
- Healthy eating and developed habit for 4-5 meals a day
- Increase my grind to 100 a day average, even more on days when there is need for it
- Maintain coaching 2 sessions a week each of my students

How I plan to pull it off (time management sample)

- Waking up + breakfast by 10:30
- Cycling 10:30 to 11 (now, later 10:30 -11:30)
- Heading to poker office (snack/juice mix 11:30-12),
- Coaching session 1 12-1pm
- Grind 1 session 1-3pm
- Lunch 3-3:30pm
- Grind 2 session 3:30 - 5:30pm
- Snack 5:30-6pm (small meal or juice mix)
- Coaching session 2 6-7pm
- Dinner 7-7:30pm
- Rest of the day free , hitting bed by 2am latest
* Plenty of extra time to use for other things in life and projects! Notice this is just one sample for time management, I will change it and mix it up as the time goes regarding other life things, but the idea still stays the same - always find time for those top 3 priorities!*

That's all and GL me - time to crush!

Good luck bro, seems like a reasonable schedule so you should be able to pull it off!

Thanks bro!
The only thing that can cause me trouble is recovery times + days off.

This can be solved in many ways. Taking day off a week for recovery, scheduling daily recovery times, pacing my grind with my energy levels etc.
Either approach has its advantages and disadvantages. I will do this strict to-do list type of system + calendar and see what happens with it.
If I struggle with anything will write about it and solutions for each.

Highly recommend the eating habits part. You'll feel much better.

We don't have Coke or fruit juice at home for like 3 years already, nobody here drinks them. We only drink water/thee/soup. I also eat very healthy during breakfast/lunch/dinner. Things like fried potatoes? Haven't ate those since 2 years

And vegetables here during dinner is a fight, whoever comes late doesn't get any :P

Do you listen to Satriani while grinding?

I find that guitars and vocals of favourite songs distract me.
Guitar ----- you are always thinking of how it's played ( rightly or wrongly played! )
I like chill music with no guitar, or guitar that isn't a challenge. Any engaging guitar music, and I would focus on that!

I was learning Little Wing off a downloaded , Lick Library, Danny Gill dvd.
Unfortunately, it was out of sync with the sound lol. Threw me a bit, but have it down now.

Did not all this about you - well done for you man!

Perhaps you can share some meal samples from your regular day/week ?

I drink now coffee, regular and mineral water and using slow juicer those juices :) Was thinking of adding green tea cause I read some really good things about it for loosing weight.
Any opinion on green tea?

I mostly eat eggs, chicken and tuna (for now), but I will definitely start making my own meals soon. Stuff like spinach which is my favorite dish btw :)

Write when you get the chance about it all, I am very curious what works for you!

Well 99% of the time I put some TV show in the background.
This was like super rare occasion to have music in the background and that album is like half an hour long only so its like warm up (to psych me up a bit :)

Like you, I also find it distracting listening to music while grinding cause musician in me is always awake analyzing melody harmony rhythm visualizing whats being played where and how things work together. That is why I avoid listening to music while grinding but rather put some TV show which doesn't require too much attention to follow (2 and a half man is the best show IMO for this)

Very glad you got the Little Wing down. Perhaps you can share that video - would love to see what its all about!

I don't know how much you know about losing weight and calories etc, but some advice. It's all about burning more calories than you consume. Is your goal just losing weight or are you also going to the gym to train your muscles? If you don't, I recommend you to do that, because muscles burn more energy than fat.

So what you need to do is bike every morning and make sure not to consume too much before that so you will start burning calories, and not carbohydrates, right away. Do this at 70% of your full capacity, your goal is to burn calories so no need to go full out. Also make sure to write down what you eat, how much calories it contains etc. And your goal is to consume as much calories as you would need to eat taking everything into account, except the biking. So the calories that you burn while biking will cause the weight loss, your goal should be to burn 500-800 calories with biking (this is about 1-1.5 hrs of biking indoors). You can find a lot of info on the internet about counting calories and calculating the amount of calories that you need.

(If you don't care about muscles and the loss of muscles than you can even consume less calories than you need)

Oh and try to cut out coffee and replace it with tea.

Super solid advices - thanks bro!

I noticed this biking so far has just been maintaining my weight. Once I hit 1 hour a day cycling weight will go down.
Great idea on writing down (planing meals) and calories. I just plan day per day basis what I will eat and stick to it. In very near future plan to take out nights (after I finish all my priorities) to cook for the next days healthy meals (chicken and spinach for starters!) so it should be fine.

If I had to take rough guess, I would say now I don't take more then 1.8k calories per day - but that's only past couple of days. I am sure if I continue with this eggs/chicken/tuna meal thingy weight will go down in next couple of weeks by 2-3 kgs easy.
The rest of the kgs I will loose with increase of exercising so I am really looking forward getting to that 1 hour steady cycling.
Was also planing on getting a treadmill for my home to mix things up but right now don't wont to invest additional 450 euros for it + its nice and warm outside, I might start with running on a track close to my home.

Thanks for all the advices bro. Perhaps some useful website with calculator for weight loss (those where you put in your weight and height and get estimation how much you should eat daily and what type of calories per what) ?
