Is anyone else having problems like me?
It's shows me at -30 buy-ins which I know for sure is not true...
The thing is, my all-in EV line, green line, and blue line are all upwards on the graph and the only thing that is going down (slowly) is my non-show down.
Any suggestions?
I don't play them, so I wouldn't know.
Did you check your filters are all off?

If its Stars, are you importing the summaries?
I think I have very similar problem. After I finish session a want to review my results, HEM2 only includes bounty in winnings, even though it shows I placed first, it doesnt count in the prize money for placing first. Also it shows I played 17 regular speed STT which is not true.
I play on Stars. Any suggestions?
This sounds like a summary problem.
Besides the HH file, PokerStars writes a TS file when you bust out (or win).
If HM2 can't find it, this will happen.
I'm not at home atm, so I can't tell you where exactly to look.
