If you haven't played much live and are intent on going to vegas and there is a local casino that has live, cheapish tournaments regularly, then perhaps going along once a week to practice being at a live table might help. Pretty much the only way to get better at that stuff is to practice. Worst comes to the worst, purchase some play chips and fondle them / practice card tricks while watching videos. Like any activity that takes you out of your comfort zone, once you have been doing it enough, your adrenals get sick of spraying great wads of adrenaline into your blood stream and it seems a lot more comfortable.
