Thanks Milan, it's great to have your full support. My wife already thinks I'm beyond help. She's just like: "child gonna child".

Manu, do you really think I have any hope of pulling off even that?

With some practice, I'm sure you'll make it

Ok, so the search continues but right now I'm being quietly seduced by this:

It looks like a Bic razor insert. On wheels.

And the Porsche should be bought necessarily by FPPs to let yourself feel like Dario Minieri :f_biggrin:

Bring it to DTD and do some tricks in the car park. It'll be great for your image.

Ok, after many days trying to work out wtf I want/need and basically still guessing, I've finally ordered my new longboard.

Had to buy from Daddies Board shop in the US b/c there is f**k all choice in the UK. This is a pure frivolity and most likely will grow dusty on the shelf after a few runs and the inevitable ugly fall. But I'm such a frugal person normally, it's good once in a while to just say:

"Fuck it. I've earned this."

Spoiler

And here is a video of what I WON'T be doing any time soon:

Well, it seems like a long time since I did a a summary but of course it was only a month ago. Let's say: it feels like a long month has ended. There has been much adjusting to my new role as a part-time child minder. I'm afraid to admit that in the past I haven't really done my fair share, so it's about time I stepped up.

It was pretty clear that something would have to "give" and I decided that it wasn't fair to make my stakees or students suffer for my having less time. So I have basically devoted almost all of my working hours to these two work streams.

Here's a graph of the paltry number of games I did manage to play (solid EV, ran meh etc):

I'm a lot more proud of my staking graph for the month:

I'm glad that my guys don't have my lackadaisical approach to putting in the hours!

The staking has finally developed into a standalone business from its starting point about nine months ago. I'm getting a huge amount of satisfaction from gradually increasing my players' ABIs and helping them overcome the many and varied obstacles in their way. It's amazing how competitive the field is these days...

Since I have to put a meal on the table on Monday and Tuesdays, I'm getting back into the swing of cooking which is good. My daughter and I have our routine down now; a fun singing class on Monday, ballet on Tuesdays (I hate pulling on the leotard, but what can you do?) and a mixture of shopping, tricycling and watching Disney films in between.

Late at night I pull out my new chip set...

...and try to master the art of stacking my chips and not looking like a complete noob. In the next few days I need to send off an application for a new passport in plenty of time for looming Las Vegas. I guess that's about all. There is a nice garlicky smell coming from the kitchen, so I am heading off to see what's what...

Thanks for reading!
