I think it's fine to either fold to 3bet or 4bet/fold here preflop vs an unknown SB 3bet at these limits. Flatting will be a little too wide.

Flop bet vs missed SB cbet is fine. Something like $0.90 is fine here.

This is a pretty huge raise from SB here and we likely are not quite getting the right price to continue despite holding 2nd nut flush draw. Flop bet/fold is fine here.

Turn we are not quite getting the right price again (although it's close) and we should make a marginal fold.

Thanks for the advice. With regards to the elements that you used to work out whether a call was good on the turn, and the maths involved, could you tell me how you work this out. Maybe direct me to some material so I can better work these out in real time.

Sorry for delayed response.

Assuming all of our flush draw outs are live on the flop we will have 9-outs. This generally equates to around 32% equity. (# of outs multiplied by 4 for shortcut calculation). However this assumes we will always see both turn and river which is probably not going to be the case here. After such a large flop raise I expect a turn jam the majority of the time. Our chance of hitting on the turn is half our what it is to hit by the river i.e 16% equity.

The amount of equity we need is the call amount divided by what total pot would be on the turn after our call. $4.21/$12.72 = 33% required. We are not getting the right pot odds and are hence relying on our implied odds for a profitable call.

Assuming we always got the rest of villains stack on a flush turn we'd net an extra $4.32 for the same price. (Also assuming we are drawing to the nuts which is not true). $4.21/$17.04 = 24% meaning even if we have maximum implied odds we still need to hit on the turn 24% of the time, so not enough.
