Found the hand. I think it's just a super std play. I don't expect any FE from KJ+ and 77+ but I can fold out alot of other junky hands. I know I'm not repping much either but my hand is usually at least 40-50% good.

PokerStars - $29.37+$0.63|10/20 NL (2 max) - Holdem - 2 players
Hand converted by PokerTracker 4

Hero (SB): 500
BB: 500

Hero posts SB 10, BB posts BB 20

Pre Flop: (pot: 30) Hero has T♥ J♥

Hero raises to 40, BB raises to 90, Hero calls 50

Flop: (180, 2 players) 3♣ 4♥ A♥
BB bets 70, Hero raises to 410 and is all-in, BB calls 340 and is all-in

Turn: (1,000, 2 players) 6♦

River: (1,000, 2 players) T♦

Spoiler

BB shows 2♥ 4♣ (One Pair, Fours)

Hero shows T♥ J♥ (One Pair, Tens)

Hero wins 1,000

And that hand is horrible for 3bnai imo

Yeah, call flop is absolutely standard, because we are iP. Villain will not barrel this Board very wide and we do not fold a lot of better hands out. If we call, we can fold out KJ or something similiar hands on later streets. Sry for my bad english.

why do you think villain wont barrel here offten? you have mostly air on this flop, anyway calling jamming or calling standard or much better than other option is wrong imo, it very depends on villains preflop 3nai range, more air it has better jamming is, more Ax or less air it has, better calling is

You can not jam all draws and call only Ax or something like KQ, KJ. You must think about your entire Range and so it is overall better to call some hands like KQ, KJ, Ax, QQ-AA, draws and fold something like air. We do not want jam here any hand in a balanced gameplan, because if we jam draws, we must jam Ax and that is not the best decission. Do not forget, we are iP and can fold someting out on later streets. If he has more air, i think calling is the best decisson too.

obv we dont jam in balanced game plan, but this is not the case, we just take decision which makes us most chips

^Yeah decision that makes most chips > balanced gameplan

Anyway mid-april update. Nothing special really, standard hypers flipaments. Actually pretty happy that ev roi looks decent since I've been playing alot more (weak) regs.

Even though you might not be on EV or above... The fact that you have very few big swings is remarkable. Something you should be proud of. Maybe 8-9k is not that big of volume yet (especially for hypers), but it shows how advanced your game is imo. Keep rocking. Love your post, definetly a lot I can learn about HU play in here!

Haven't posted a hand in awhile so here it goes, took the wrong converter though  , but def a mandatory valuebet although we rarely get called.

Came across an interesting river situation.

Poker Stars $29.37+$0.63 No Limit Hold'em Tournament - t15/t30 Blinds - 2 players - View hand 2477145

Hero (BTN/SB): t645 21.50 BBs
BB: t355 11.83 BBs

Pre Flop: (t45) Hero is BTN/SB with 4  5 :club:
Hero raises to t60, BB calls t30

Flop: (t120) 7 :diamond: 5 :diamond: J :spade: (2 players)
BB checks, Hero bets t45, BB calls t45

Turn: (t210) A :club: (2 players)
BB checks, Hero checks

River: (t210) T :club: (2 players)
BB bets t90, Hero ???

Villain is a fishreg (a bad reg with fishy moves lol). Anyway the flop cbet is was meh, not the best or the worse. River decision rather interesting. Thoughts?

Flop hits his defend range a lot with 12bb eff
I would be more for check flop bet turn , if called turn depending on his call down frequencies bet river but river in general completes a lot of sd (KQ,109) but hits 2 pair or single pair combos (J10,J7,107)
This river bet is a bit tricky. KQ got there but he would perhaps 3 bet it pre flop ! 107,108,109 are all in his flatting range. I doubt that he would turn 3rd pair (showdown value hand) into bluff.
Generally expect missed FD to bet this and some strong hands like J7-J10-107 which he flats pre flop (then I expect raise on this flop with Jx hands for value not just call!).
I am more for call to bluff catch him then raising here . Would raise there only if he turns showdown value hands into bluff on river here so jamming river to fold him from 7x or 10x !

Hopefully my thinking process is improving - look forward to your response

The problem with not betting Turn is, that we have something with showdownvalue like 7x or 5x. We do not check Turn with Ax and strong hands and do not check with bluffs. So I like betting 5x on Turn much more. As played, i do not think we get credit by jaming River. River is close between call and fold. It is important how Villain play Jx or Draws on such a flop.
