CO's range for raising flop here is very frequently just sets, mainly 77 and 88. We shouldn't feel bad about folding KK here especially when CO raises 4-way.

how would he play postflop 3way , against donk overbet by fish with 99-JJ, and maybe with QQ where i was the 3better from BTN?
my other problem is, that his CO open/3bet call range includes 56s also

my other problem is, that his CO open/3bet call range includes 56s alsoIt's not completely impossible opponent shows up with 99-JJ. However if he does play these hands this way it's very likely an overplay. (We should assume the majority won't play them this way).
So while occasionally we end up folding the best hand here vs an overplayed JJ, in the long run it's going to be a better option to fold our KK 3way.
