4 handed Sunday Prime, villain is 20/16/7, playing pretty tight at the FT so far (but he did not have chips). Preflop call 5bet, i only izolate myself against KK+ if I shove IMO, than 2 streets for value from AK/AQ/AJ. Sizings?
Payouts are like 6,6/4,3/3,1/2,3 (taken from another Ipoker tournament, i could not find this one anymore)

I like it all - can't work out if you got stacks in by the river though :f_biggrin:

Yes, my biggest concern was what will I do when he shoves otr :) Id be b/f probably, no matter how terrible it sounds. He wont shove AK and I dont think he ever plays 3to5 with 33/44/66.

What do you think about his preflop play btw? Id probably start by just calling pre

You could not fold if he shoved otr i mean what you gna get like 6:1 or smat lol

Yeah I would call all time plays too good IP in single raised pot imo

I would say tho you should be always trying to get stacks in here - is like nut runout for him to never be folding Ax otr

Hi,

Seems like player likes clicking back game.
I would 5-bet your spot to 28k and give him option to 6-bet bluff or valueshove worse hands.
4-handed he would most likely get all-in wider than QQ+
ON the turn I would bet 22bb and on the river I would put him all-in
Since he is pot controlling with Ax he would most likely call us down and really no point let him get away cheap

best regards,

He never shoves AK or QQ, it is pretty terrible, look at the stacksizes
Also not sure whether he calls AQ/AJ otr if we play turn bigger river shove. By this line, i give him oportunity to stay in the game (that 4handed play if he calls and loose is really good for us with the stacksizes they will have)

Doubt many make exploitable fold there on the turn then he gets too good odds to fold otr

I lead flop to start with, smalish block bet look a like

And btw kaitz ur post is result oriented, we dont know if villain likes to click btns cos heros read on villain is that he was tight, and probably he wont go for 6 bet shove with bluf cos other stack sizes so...

Hi all,

Preflop: great, quite deceptive here, and I agree that a 6bet looks exceptionally strong or at least polarised here, and that we're not going to see many 5bet bluffs that follow through, and also face a very, very narrow value range.

Flop: good, see no purpose of leading or any other options here, let him continue his story!

Turn: good.

River: I'm betting a fair bit bigger here. Pot is huge OTR and I can see that you want to leave yourself room to fold to his shove, but you can literally bet almost any amount and still fold if you don't think villain bluffs river here (because his flop check back range should include some flushdraws on this board IMO). His hand (AJo/ATo), is more or less what I'd expect as well FWIW, and once he's checked back flop it's very hard for him to get away on basically any runout.

Once villain 3bets this hand, the 5bet is quite standard I think. But I would not be 3betting this hand, unless I think my opponent is a fish ;).

man he has like 64bb behind on river i think i can like never bet fold and i think i loose so much value vs his hero calls if i go for small bets

cos stacks sizes i prefer to donk smalish on flop as i said before and bet smalish turn u had like 16bb bet on turn i make it like 11b flop 17-20bb turn shove river u will have like (2/3 potsize bet on river)

as played i go for bigger bet turn like 25bb and probably smalish inducing bet on river like 17-25bb with intention to snap cos i think he will raise AAA on turn

as big bet on river u should probably leave him like 8-12bb behind so he can be able to hero (edit call) but i prefer vs unknows smalish/smalish/medium bet(ai) line

20bb turn as played 30 or so OTR. Seeing as he has 44 behind I guess I'm not folding to the shove, though it's annoying if he does shove.
