Today was colornoting day. Colornoted almost everyone online during my session, quite a work, but it'll help in the future for sure. :)
And made a nice small profit on nl100.

awkward handstats from one of my positions:

Had a party last night and only slept a couple of hours, so i wasn't planning on grinding superhard today. Played a relaxed session, where i just thought about every spot 3x longer than usual, which resulted in a nice profit of a few bi. :)

Do love when people have random brainfarts.

lol tried to go to some friends' house after that last post, but he wasn't home yet. And i couldn't text him, cuz i don't have his # anymore because of broken phone. So i went back home and grinded a bit more. :)

And i'm back in the green for nl100 , played 31k hands (nl50/100) this month, which is a quite nice volume i think. Aiming for 100k, but anything above 75k i'm fine with aswell.

Thoughts about villains line? I think it's rather shit to be honest.

Pretty disgusting session, some fish on the tables that were shoving random hands it seemed, had only 5 hands on them or so, but their stats were 100/100/100, so i snapshove with AQs vs their 50bb, ofc they have KK+.

Made one mistake in the end, bet/called IP vs a bet/bet ch/r line from utg with rivered two pair. Leveled myself a bit too much.

Oh well, tomorrow is a new day i heard.

NL100 is stil not treating me nice. The regs are pretty bad, but keep getting lucky in big pots vs me. Guys with terrible betsizings etc and no clue about ranges. Even wanted to fold bottom set on a drawy board vs a taggish reg, but i couldn't do it, eventough my stats on him told everything he had me crushed. :(

Dropped 10BI on showdown today and yesterday, won 2 on nonsd.
Annoying with those random fish hitting random 2p everytime. But nl100 should be beatable easily.

I seem to be a magnet for coolers , had 3 times set vs set or KK vs AA, in a few 100 hands lol. Almost back in the green again on nl100. (Post-rb i already am).

And i'm Platinumstar already again this month :o, wanted to get SN by december, might as well get it earlier on NL100. :f_love:

Just play good and don't care about run bad or run good. This is poker, either way variance is always going to be there attacking. :)

Reviewed some hands and think i made some stupid calls in big pots. Calling/shoving vs nits with a nuttype hand, while they're range has ~0 bluffs is just stupid imo.

And had some gay variance again vs 66/54 fish with QQ<KK, which is getting annoyinngg.
Down another 2Bi, but i'm making progress. :)

Nice results Varune,

Seems that NL50 is not that challenging to you :)

Great looking graph

Thanks Frank, approaching the game a bit different, seems to be a good approach, but time will tell.

Having a bit of an upswing on NL100 and i'm back in the green for nl100 :)
Up 1k 'today' with that last session of tonight on nl50, might play another one after football.

Laptop does seem to get a bit slower, might be because i'm downloading 2 seasons of game of thrones.

Played over 5k hands last 3 days, 16,5k total. It's quite alot for me and not sustainable. We're halfway through april and i'm at 49k hands, need to play this volume for the rest of the month to get 100k, which is alot.

Also my 'FPP roll' hit a new Highpoint, first time it has 100k in it :), normally i used it for sats and other gibberish. Saving for the SN bonuses.

Tried to boost my NL50 winrate a bit this afternoon, 70k hands played in my database and it's at 8bb/100 now :). nl100 only at 0.8 :(

Sigh this chronic badrun at nl100 is getting annoying. Fish that keep hitting 2p vs me and losing all the flips.

Squeezehappy reg, got him right where i want him.
Aaaaaaaaand it's gone.

Time to start updating this again more regularly!

Pokerwise i'm doing not that great for my doing. playing ~BE for the month, spewing away waaaay too many stacks, so i started reading the mental game of poker and will add things of it to my game/life. Played 45k hands thusfar, started grinding really hard in the first few days, first few sessions were going great but after that i got kinda stuck. Over the month i'm running 2bb/100EV which is way too low for my standards. My game has adapted quite alot in this month, still working on it to get it perfect before moving back up.

Also moved back to my parents' place, I already had a screen standing there, and took my screen with me from my studenthouse. So basicly i have a screen too many now or my desk is too small.

That's it for now, will try 'n update more regularly again, but i'm still in the middle of moving places and busy studying my ass off.

What do you use to run both monitors with your laptop?
One with VGA & the other with HDMI?

Nice blog btw, been following for a while :)
