NL2 FR JJ in BB

what the hell r u doing? You played every street wrong. Just do the opposite in every street. I wont bother even to comment more

Thanks for the constructive critisism, lol. It's fine to say i played it wrong, but atleast make a suggestion to how it should be played.

I checked on BB because i though he would fold if i raised.
What i see as mistakes is not re-raising turn and betting more on the river.

Raise pre flop! Bet more on turn. Re-raise turn!

Raising pre-flop is what i normally would do. I tried once just playing this hand differently. I see how not rasing preflop could cause complications as his range is alot wider.

Is checking flop here okay? as i know he was going to bet anyway? would have mad a bet if the trips didn't hit.

1/2 pot bet on turn? and all in if re- raised?

2/3 on river for value?

On this level people usually dont fold to a raise when they limped unless you made a really big raise like 6x or something. So u do miss value when u dont raise pre-flop.

Flop. He bets the pot, so he likes his hand, go ahead and take advantage of it. Raise to 3x, but not too much. U can also get the value from overpairs which he could slowplay preflop.

Turn. He shows some commitment u can rasie bigger. Just set it up to all in on the river.

With all this previous actions u could stack him, and not getting 45BB.

Poker is like an economy. When u have a good economy u must get the most value of it so u could survive when the bad economy appeares. When u losing AA vs KK u really missing that 55BB u left in other games.
