The information they required where they needed copies etc was just to pass you on their security clearance which you've done. Now when you withdraw your money you will still have to provide your bank account number or however you wish for your money to be withdrawn but you won't need to provide any copies of bankslips or identification or anything no.

Thanks Legend. I can get all my bank info from my online statements. :)

I want to say I am really worried with this site. I sent all the documents prior to the deposit, after two weeks of playing I had several withdrawal requests, each around 100-150$.

After a 3-4 days wait, first withdrawal was approved. After several e-mails of asking why does it take so long compared to other iPoker sites and them saying fishy things about thorough security checks (come on, I play one type of easy to track poker game only + I had sent all the documents in advance+they approved my FIRST cashout which should logically be the toughest), my third withdrawal was approved. After a week money is still not on my card!

Second, or the middle withdrawal request is still pending, it is 10 days now. For the second day in a row I get an assurance it will be approved in 24 hours.

We are talking about few hundred bucks, I just wonder how would it be with a few thousand. This is my third iPoker skin and I can only say WH and Titan are 100% professional and quick, so Poker 770 looks even more shadier.

I really want to say to other players thinking of depositing here NOT to do it, because this is either "we are in deep financial sh.." or "it is easier to win at the poker table than to win over our finances team, so try harder" site.

Once again, no matter how this finishes, STAY AWAY from POKER 770, there are wayyyyy better iPoker sites out there.

There is absolutely no excuse for this and makes me wonder about where they are actually operating from and the manpower they have available. It could just be the case that the longer they have the money the more interest they get (still not excusable)

The only bookies I can say where your money will be 100% safe (as i work in the industry) are the British ones with a highstreet presence, even if their online department is in Gibraltar and under their regulations (which is basically the best place to work apparantely as most of my colleagues/friends have absconded there) and regulation wise, for arguement sakes they are as strict as the UK (for the most part eh Betfred! If you know about UK horse racing you will know what im talking about) but like many areas, the internal regs of the companies quite often far exceed the ones required by law. No one likes bad publicity and due to the UK having the racing post if you deposit, your money will be safe. Even if caught doing something you shouldn't. You will just have your account closed BUT money returned.

Examples...William Hill, Corals Ladbrokes, Gala, Paddy Power, Betfred. all 100% safe.
There are many that just have an online presence that I could mention but I don't feel 100% confident but will if people want.

Obviously you would expect Poker Stars to be included but I know nothing about there financial state or where they operate from.

I would like to inform of problems I encountered while cashing out.

I had 4-5 smaller cashouts during this year 50-100$ and each of those took a while, usually I had to contact their online support to hurry this up. So I decide to leave this site few weeks ago, and I have 170 dollars left. Being paranoid as I am :) , I first withdrew 130 and then few days later, when they approved it, last 40$ to "cover up" my intention of leaving permanently.

It always takes long on poker 770. First there is the approval phase which can last more than a week and then the money sending phase that also takes a week. So, as I said, when they approved my 140 cashout I immediately withdrew last 40 in my account and they approved that quickly, in two days.

5 days after the second approval my SECOND cashout (40$) arrives. Ok, I say to myself, the bigger FIRST cashout, approved few days earlier will come soon, I am sure about it.

However, a week passes by and there is no sign of my 130$. I start contacting online support and they tell me to send them my bank statement as a proof I didn't receive the money. I send it, get no response in 24 hours. I contact the support again-different agent tells me to send them the bank statement. I tell them I did, but they want another one because a day has past. I send another one and their answer the next day is: your transaction is approved so you must contact your bank to find out why they are delaying the funds. At this moment I am pissed off because I KNEW my transaction was already approved-that was the cause of my concern not getting the money. My bank has never slowed down any of my transactions on the internet and I cashed out on other iPoker sites in the past.

Another few days pass by, it is now more than 15 days after the approval of my 130$ cashout. I decide to contact the bank, and bank support tell me: if you want this checked, you must send us the proof the poker site paid the money. I contact the Poker770 support and ask them for a proof of payment. Support start asking for a bank statement again so I tell them: no way, you show me you have paid my money and then we can all say it is the bank's fault! Girl says: we will send you the proof of payment soon, by email.

An hour later I get an email, without any proof of payment, just this message:

Dear xxxx,

Thank you for getting back to us!
Further to your message, we invite you to consider that we received the confirmation that your payment will be approved in maximum 48 hours.

If these funds are not added to your account during this delay, please get back to us by chat or e-mail.

Thank you for your so far cooperation.

Best regards,
Danielle

Guess what, money was in my account the very next morning.

Draw your own conclusions about the cashouts at Poker770 and sorry for the long post but they sure pissed me off.

Sorry to hear about your problems with poker 770. I had mixed experiences with them. I quickly learned that emailing customer support was rather pointless but in your case it looks like that may have been the catalyst to get things sorted.

My first pay out took forever. It was partly my fault as I requested it as a wire transfer when I deposited with my card and after a week or so instead of contacting them knowing what they would say I cancelled the pay out and did it again on my card and that and later payouts were really quite quick.

I never felt comfortable there and when I tried to make another deposit after emptying my account to take advantage of the reload offer my bank declined the transaction and then tried to get hold of me which is never a good sign but may have just been routine.

I would say once you have earned all your bonuses leave. There are much better Ipoker skins if that's the network you wanna play on. Just my 2c

Dear Miodrag,

By means of this message, we wish to inform you that both appreciations and critics are worthy of consideration, as they enable us to improve our service and to offer the best poker experience for our players.

Additionally, whenever there are doubts about a player's intentions at our tables, we will make sure to conduct a full investigation on that account.

In your situation, the checking revealed that you have dumped funds in a blatant manner during your poker games sessions on our site.

From this point of view, please be informed that we strive to maintain a friendly and fair atmosphere for all our players and visitors. Any violation of these rules will automatically lead to the removal of the players'benefits or the closure of the accounts.

Along the same lines, although we cannot be held responsible for any player conduct, we do reserve the right to refuse use of the poker room to anyone who violates our rules, and we will act quickly against offenders.

Therefore, given the fact that you have been involved in a game that raised concerns about the equity of your playing and of those taking part in the same game with you, the Fraud Department has decided to permanently close your account.

With regard to the remaining funds from your poker balance, you are no longer entitled to receive them since Poker770 reserves the right to not refund the amount credited to the accounts involved in fraudulent activities(COLLUSION).

Thank you for your understanding,

Best regards,

Danielle

you seen to have colluded with your friend and / or chip dumped both of which are against any serious room t&c.

argue your case as you have nothing to lose but assume you have already lost the money ( as it is very unlikely you get it back)

Learn from your mistake and don't do something stupid like this again in another room should you wish to sign up again somewhere else.

Why the hell is Poker770 affiliated with PS?

The Poker770 is very obviously fucking with people. Get them out of here!

Have to say I have never had problems with 770 at all.

I even withdrew $210 on December 26th as Christmas has left me a little short on cash, I expected it would take a while as it is Christmas time and things are closed. But it was processed by the 29th.

All i can say is i have never heard as many ridiculous excuses why they can't give me MY OWN money back. I cannot say too much because i am about to pursue legal action, But from my own experiences i can only reiterate what many others have said, It would be best to stay well clear of poker 770.

Hey parabroen,

This sounds very odd indeed. Could you give us some details?

X( seems I am also getting the same run about as most seem to have had on this site. I had enjoyed the site/rooms until it came time to withdraw some of my funds. Firstly the same process everyone talks of where I was asked to provide driver ID and credit card verification. They (Danielle) has relied my Drivers ID doesn't look real and they also now want a copy of the bank statement showing I had deposited funds onto the Poker770 website. It looks like they are not want to pay up/out and I too will be in for a struggle to get this out. Will keep everyone updated on how I get on.

Hi Datawiz,

It has come to our attention that your copies were already validated.

We haven't got the intention to delay the withdrawals, on the contrary. However, there are instances when requesting more clear copies or additional copies is mandatory. For example, when virtual cards are used, we do request a screen shot of the deposit made.

All in all, having the funds on your card is now simply a matter of time. The standard bank delays should also be taken into consideration. These delays are independent of our will, so your patience is greatly appreciated.

Best regards,

Yoanna

i have problems as it seems they have around 12 methods for deposit and only 2 for cashout in my case, canada resident

i checked the 2 options for cashout and they are wire transfer and credit cards back to the source of the deposit

i also checked the bank for wire transfers and i stop asking more after they said that wire transfers minimum amount starts at 5000$ and the fee for one transfer, is around 50$-100$. even if i had that money in my poker account i would trust rather pokerstars or full tilt for taht and not ipoker site ( no pun intended)

on the card, i deposited with entropay which is assimilated to VISA system. it is not a physical card, just a virtual card for internet transfer of funds, the reason for which i went 'whaaaat? ; when customer service from 770 asks e for a picture taken on the entropay card.

so it isn't anything else besides these two.

My faith has been restored in poker 770. I have received my monies back. It did take quite a while and several emails. I suggest supplying the paperwork they request and blacking out the parts of your credit cards receipts you don't think they need to see. Thank you Poker 770 I will keep playing your site now as I do enjoy your tables over many of the other sites I have tried.
