Is it better to call 3way because I am too often going to end up 4bet, or called 3way deep OOP ?

What hands would you sqeeze here ? I would A2s-A9s, AQs+, TT+?
I am not sure what to do with AJo, KQo, KJo, ATo?

Postflop I could float here 67s and nothing else from draws, so I floated this hand because it has backdoors and is often the best hand. Turn raise with all sets and AJs, 67s?

Hey GingerKid,

Yeah flatting is fine because of the deep stacks, especially seeing as OOP which can be a big disadvantage for us if we bloat the pot too much. I don't think we really even need to squeeze anything once we get deep, but there may be exploitative reasons for doing so.

Flop is fine, but I think leading is probably a stronger option than x/c.

Turn is ok I guess, although card is pretty blank. Then again we'd probably still just raise our sets anyway due to the stack depth.

Hi,

I have a couple of questions. What is the point of leading OTF with AJ? Do you play (some part of) your value range (max 9c) the same way? (don't forget that CO range is uncapped) What is your plan if get called by CO/BTN?

What is the point of XR w AJ OTT? We are raising into uncapped range and I guess that his T betting range would be polarized (99+ and bluffs) -> don't see many better hands than will fold vs raise + I don't see any advantage to use AJ as bluffraise (for example A6/A7/97s are better imo and together with 76 it is enough combos if we want to develop OTT raising range <- what is also questionable imo).

If I don't have reason to believe that villain's overbluff OTT, XF seems best to me.

Agree with banker, we shouldn´t have leading range on such board. This structure will be so overcbetted, isn´t it better to have only x/c range OTF and then some leading/checkraising range OTT?

Why is this board being over cebetted? What hands do you think people are cbetting with here?

I would overcbet such a board unless villians are calling stations, because villian ranges hit it very weak, very low % of their range is strong and not many they can continue on flop and turn. So I would cbet here all bdfd overcards

Lot of OCs, BDs and shit, no reason not to, since everyone misses this board hard and flop is 3way so no one is going to float that much light generally. Also you cannot punish me by raising such structure (well technically you could, but you would make your calling range so shitty it isn´t worth it).

Hey Guys,

Few factors into me having a leading range here.

1) Guys don't cbet as often as they should multiway making x/c way less attractive here.

2) Letting two guys potentially see a free turn card when not necessary is just not good poker on any texture imo.

3) We have a hand that has good potential so don't necessarily want to x/f + guys still play more straightforwardly than they should in multi-way pots at these limits which is good for our FE.

4) I would lead some decent backdoor hands and stuff like bottom pair along with overpairs and sets (with a certain frequency). I certainly would hate the idea of checking something like pocket 99 here and giving 2 guys a free shot to run us down on the turn.

Don't get me wrong, a lot of guys don't do this and don't know about this. But imo it's a strong line which can boost your winrate significantly.

I agree about comments. How would you play 99 if you get called by PFR? Once he calls you on FLop, his range is very strong so you will have a weak bluff catcher on turn. If he is agro opponent, then you will rarely see showdown.
Well, check/calling flop is also a weak bluff catcher with 99, and we let them see free cards so I agree checking is the worst option.

Also if people notice that you lead flops (which is not hard), they can conclude that your range is very weak when you check. So when you check PFR can consider playing HU vs BU, and when all check, BU can happily bet whole range. Do you think it is a problem? And how would you play in the case when you expect that people know that your range is weak when you check? I guess if you donk decent amount of your range, lets say > 40% then it is not a problem if you check/fold the rest since it is multiway and you had great pot odds preflop?

So the idea of leading a ton OOP multi-way is partly to do with opponent IP potentially not firing a balanced range after we check. Assuming opponent is decent and will fire a balanced range with a decent frequency then naturally we will need to defend our checking range with some strong hands.

Imo multi-way pots are still situations where guys are not balanced (might not be because they are bad, might simply because they are trying to exploit population tendecies) so our default approach in these spots should be exploitative. In other words I really don't think it's necessarily a big deal vs most opponents if we find our x/r range multi-way heavily weighted towards bluffs or something. Besides it's not tough to check a few combos of sets if additional balance required.
