Hi,
So I busted 148th for $3460 at the WSOP Event #60. I did play well the whole tournament, and it took a bad beat to stop me, had a really healthy stack since the start of Day 1. Im happy about the run I guess, first live tournament I really played and it's in Vegas at the WSOP, what a dream right? ♦ But yea the busto hand sucked.
Busto hand:
Spoiler
Old dude opens in early position and im in SB with JJ so I 3b once it's folded to me.
He calls the 3b and the flop is 256 rainbow.
I lead out for half pot or so (about half my stack is in the pot now) and then he just jam his whole stack on me.
I think he should have me beaten here alot of the time with either a set or QQ+. But because I had put so much in the middle already and it's an overpair and he could still has worse, I called.
Grandpa then shows A5o and im in great shape with two cards to come! But A on the turn ends it.
Well played grandpa... well played.
Also you can see me for a few seconds here, stackin chips and saying a few words, pretty cool experience anyway to be where all the pros are. You start of like a fan boy but then you just get used to it pretty fast.
Probably gonna play some more poker tonight, tournaments or cash idk yet, have a bankroll to use now atleast!
Thanks! No ME no, if I would have FT my WSOP event I would have gone for it tho
I Played a $100 10k gtd, 4k gtd first yesterday, got lots of respect cuz I had my 888 badge on haha, chipped up pretty fast but lost it KK vs AA so what ever, all playes so far are good in my live tournament experience
It's the 4th of July today and we are heading to Surender nightclub at Wynn I think it is, it's like a $200 fee just to enter and we get our own VIP area with the 888 guys and open bar all night for free, should be awesome! So no poker tonight!
Thanks!
Was back at RIO yesterday playing a $235 deepstack tournament with 550 runners. Felt like a 180 man once we got ITM, everyone was so shallow, chipleader prolly had like 30bbs or below and avg stack was about 8bbs. I had AJs on the button and showed as SB called with AKo, GG busted 21th for $980. Standard stuff, first price was $27k tho :(. Btw the tourney was pretty soft once we got shallow stacks, since americans have not played online poker for a long time, most of them, they just don't know that you cant raise fold with 8bbs
like most of them just did not understand that you need to push fold, like everything.
Hi guys!
Sorry about lack of updates, my computer broke down while I was in the US :(.
Anyway!
The trip was awesome! Obviously a cash in WSOP #60 for $3500 made the trip so much easier! 888poker is a great host when it comes down to this kind of stuff, they hosted great partys, dinners and other activities that made the trip so much fun! And ofc the poker was amazing! ♠_biggrin:

The WSOP event was for sure the high peak of the trip! I played so good the whole tournament! Only made one bad play but sucked out with QJs AIPF vs KK haha
But other then that I was never all in for my tournament life and my stack was very steady as I got it in with the best hand and hold most of the time aswell. Ran over my first table which gave me quite the image I was looking for aswell! Never lost a showdown and bluffed them off the hands that beated me. Easy game
Not a bad result or feeling for your first live tournament when you see alot of pros to your left and your right.
After being in Vegas for 2 weeks I went to LA for 3 nights to check it out! Place is huge, wouldn't wanna live there unless im rich and can live in Beverly Hills or something, but very cool place to visit! A must visit and I have to go back to see more of it!

I was very lucky to be able to spot Arnolds star at the walk of fame! Trust me, it ain't easy to find the ones your want, they are ALOT of them and the place is huge! His success in no matter what is something every person should look up to what ever it's about, everything can be related to Arnie!
Today was my first day back at online poker and got quite a good start! Not what I was used to before I went to Vegas when my poker results was really poor for a while! It should all turn around now!

So the MTT results have faded abit and im back to busting top 30 in MTTs with pretty big scores and im so used to it and sick of it so I have decided to get more into cash games, aswell as playing MTTs but need something to keep my bankroll alive . Im not happy with the start I have got, happy with the redline but yea, feels like im getting a cooler every showdown pretty much so I guess it's variance, atleast I hope so, I don't feel that im calling down to light really.

Most of it is zoom but the last 1300 hands or so are regular 6max, only NL4 tho, I wanted to do a 20bi challenge and move up as fast as possible but variance did not give me a good start so
I think you were right! I've reduced my opening range and stuff so it should sink, but I still want a raising redline
Hi folks!
I grinded alot of bonuses and hands on PartyPoker in August and therefore did I achieve Platina here on PS! So please please please give me tips on the absolute best vids out there for me to see when it comes to cash game while I can!
NEW CHALLENGE: $300 to $10K
I put about $300 on Ipoker and the challenge is to turn that in to $10K before the end of 2014, rb included. I really need to focus on cash game, so a goal is really to only play MTTs during sundays if any day at all. To really get that gun to the head kind of feeling, I quit my job aswell as im moving out to my own place so I really need to make some consitent money. Not all from poker, im starting my own web development firm in september aswell, but thats nothing I can rely on at all since I don't have any clients at all, but I have a good idea and uniqe so hopefully that and poker will give me atleast a minimum of what I need to survive!
September Goals
150h of playing poker

Let's do it!
Off to a shitty start, and can't see any signs of it to turn around either, down at NL5 and lost almost $100 at NL5 wich is unreal imo. Got a copy of Gordons "No 6max bullshit" since I've heard alot about it and was excited at start, but now 10k hands later all it seems to do is give me a breakeven blue line and a losing redline, sample size maybe but EV don't look positive either and I tbh think that the NL5 ppl at Ipoker are to good for the boook at Speed poker atleast, sounds absurd since I saw HansTheGreat turn $50-$10k with this book as a guide but so far all I can say is that it's bullshit (the book). I mean the preflop lines are pretty good but post flop, it's to simple vs the oppnents I meet imo, the only strategy following this book is pretty much w8 for aces and hope to crack kings, because thats the only time I get paid. Probably gonna go back to a more loose style. Fucking depressive.
