A little early your openraise but ok. You should keep betting against 8x and 7x and as played it's an easy call against a bunch of busted Draws or maybe he is betting a worse hand although he shouldnt but T6 96 56 are busted and you don't know whether he's just betting 8x or 7x, for what reason ever since the K improves your hand a good amount of the time and if you have 66 or 55 or 99, it's questionable if you're calling. Not a really good bet by him. Please don't post the result the next time since it just influences my opinion about the hand but poker is not a result oriented game.

He had A3 ok but though i would bet the Turn and probably check behind this River but bet again on a blank like 3♦

The opponent was a Tight passive player.
I thought he was probably waiting for a Turn Check/Raise
If i bet the Turn you said & he Check/raises Turn, Should i just Calldown with the River K or its a Check/Fold River?

If you think he can also have AK, then you might be fine by just checking your hand but if he would normally 3bet some decent Ax and sometimes checkraise the Flop with those, he's supposed to have a lot more 7x and 8x combos than Ax. In this case he played just c/c with A3 (which sometimes is a good play to balance your c/c) and lets say hes got some more Ax in his range like A4 A5 A6, then he should have still an overweight of worse combos => 2 valuebets for you.

If he would have checkraised and this card appears no the River, you should fold to another bet but at least you have to call a turncheckraise due to your Gutshot. As played since you showed much weakness on the Turn and if you checkbehind the turn, this is one of your strongest hands. That means in consequence that you have to call with the stronger part of your checkbehind-range.
