hi guys, im new in on english part of PS. polish hand discussion seems to be dead so i though of trying to get some feedback from u guys. in close future im going to post few quiet obvious hands, as im concerned in certain situations and i dont wanna play bad in those situations which happens often while i play.

so, in this hand i hope everything is fine, mp2 mini raises and i think its just sign of weakness so i 3bet him. everything ok with this line ?

It's hard to decide what's the best move in this spot w/o any info on the opponent: is he a fish? a reg? Any info on him?

Preflop 3betting is ok against fishes. But be careful against regs, if their PFR from EP is small and they tend to fold a lot to 3bets, flatting could be the best option.

On the flop, again... W/o info it's impossible to tell wheter your decision is correct or wrong.

i think its just sign of weakness

Do you think he's bluffing? Then why are you transforming a made hand into a rebluff? If he has nothing, you're beating him, then according to Sklansky theorem, bluffing is the wrong play.

Of course, against a random fish, folding is probably the best play since they're passive and tend to raise only strong hands, but if you think he's bluffing, just call the first and re-evaluate the situation on the turn.

Hey,
Thanks for posting,

3betting the flop makes little sense imo. bcs he is folding just weaker hands and calling us/ shoving with Kx or better plus strong flush draws.. So we are basically turning our hand in pure bluff with this play which is absolutely bad with such a strong hand with great SD value. Therefore, Just call and hope he slows down so you get cheap showdown..

glgl,
Fran
