Preflop I recommend flat-calling with no info on MP. Something not right with the hand output here since it says SB overcalls yet we are SB. I'll assume it's BB.
Flop bet for value is good.
Turn is ok. Might be slightly stronger to check turn and set trap. We keep opponents range wider that way if he is aggressive etc.

I decided to 3bet because AK because many regs don't 4bet vs blinds in UTG/MP and just call or fold.
About the sizings... Would it be better to bet bigger the flop and then shove the turn?
Maybe betting three streets would be better? Why you think so?
You've mentioned that MP is a good reg so I'm assuming that you have some hands on him.
The best play should become apparently if we have any sample size. For example if he has high bet-vs-missed-cbet on flop we should be able to exploit this by checking. Same applies for the turn.
If he has low Ftcbet flop + turn in 3b pot then you can exploit this by playing bet/bet. And assuming we take this line it might be good to bet slightly larger on flop to set up better stacks for turn.

but I would like to know why betting two streets is better than betting three streets? I bet it only on two but I don't know when to bet three streets and when to bet two streets.

I see no reason why we should overbet shove this turn on this board. Why do we want to represent that much strength and end up being called by a range that pretty much beats us (tptk+ in regards to the regular's calling range)?
Another consideration: why do we want to make a fish fold his junk like gs, oesd, 2nd pair type hands with an overbet shove when we can comfortably bet for value against his wide range with a smaller sizing?
I would bet here 12-13$ on the turn and then shove most rivers, what do you think of this plan?

Ah, sorry for that. I missread the hand and thought BB aka SB, so the FISH also called the flop.
I am now even more against the overbet shove, a decent regular will not call you with a worse hand so you are basically just bluffing with your tptk.

I think you are going to get called pretty much only by hands that beat you, 77, 88 and 78s and maybe AA, KK.
The theory goes, on dry boards that aren't scary, it's best to keep the hand going over 3 streets. On scarier, coordinated boards, it may be better to get the hand over in a 2 streets.
If you plan to bet only 2 streets, it's probably best to pot the flop then pot the turn. Half potting the flop and overbetting the turn makes no sense.
