I like it, I think you could get value out of A and maybe even K high hands.

Hmm you won't get a better hand to fold so stay passive and call him down. He might even valuebet a good ace or bet a king as a bluff.

I prefer to play aggressive this hand for protection ( my 22 are often good )
and I have a chance to make him fold a better pocket pair: 44, 66 ... What do you think ?

If I C/C the flop he can check the turn for freecard... I dont want see it

I calldown almost any pair in this situation if I get check/raised. I think this flop may invite my opponents to bluff at me and they can't have a hand here that often as only 5 cards can be connected with that board (3 Js and 2 5s.
With 41% wts he won't fold a pair either (my wts is lower ^^).

I would hate to be 3-bet as calling down may become very expensive now (you need to fold the turn in my opinion if he 3-bets you). You also have to fold againsta turnraise (not on this turn I guess).

The risk of a freecard is indeed given but I don't know how often he will take it as he might bet for a freeshowdown or even valuebet the turn and river with a good A-high against a worse on your side as he expects you to play most pairs aggressive.
