learning goal: (1) tilt reduction (2) take up time (3) Villain selection
Yesterday I played very well. Over the whole day I stayed calm, took up enaugh time for thinking and my villain selection was also fine. I will try my best to make this process a permanent process and tilt is history. The visualisation exercises are very helpful combinded with meditation.

Of course it depends a lot on vilain's tendencies, but without read this is a call.

There's a very very large portion of vilain's range that's made of missed gs's.

Keep going man nice to see you owning souls

Im very satisfied with this week. I reached almost all goals. My villain selection is much better and I quit not profitable villains instantly. I also took up enaugh time for thinking the best lines and used the time to avoid bad thoughts which cause tilt. My volume is also fine. I could play some more hours but will definetely do it after the world championship. I hope we will get our 4th star. We (I mean germany) play very constant the last years (since 2006) and deserve the title. Argentina played not very attractive and is not a deserved world champion (also argentina is one of my 3 favourite football teams next to germany and spain). Go Germany go take the pot to germany. Muah.

My villain selection is great. Even if I have lost 1 buy-in I quit instantly when I realize that the edge is not big enaugh. I also toop up enaugh time which is great for thinking deeply about every decision and ask myself questions before getting on tilt.

Hey we are world champion of the world. The final was so thrilling. My voice suffered a lot. In the end I cried like a chicken when we shoot the 1-0. It was a great feeling to get star no 4. I hope Miro feel not resign and play the em in 2 years. Here we go.

If vilain isn't really good he can play 2pair, sets and straights this way. Ofc he will have some flushes but given the odds i believe this is a call.

Yeah, calling is best (he can raise with worse sets, maybe 2pairs).

Villain selection is really great. I take my time every day and feel so great. Im not in a hurry and make less mistakes than in the past. The visualisation exercises are the best to reduce tilt. Im so balanced. I also started with gym and its great. I missed sport so much that I enjoy it so much. I also have aniversary day with gordon. He is my coach for 1 year and I just can say: "thanks for everything my friend". For many sucessfull with you and the rest. Muah

Yeah, its an call. What would be the weakest hand for going broke for you?

I had a great week again. I stayed calm for the whole week and was not on tilt. I played slow enaugh so that I had enaugh time for thinking deeply enaugh and avoiding tilt thoughts. Sometimes I played fast when I had a fish and he played fast (I dont want to play slow like always because they run so often). I also had a great villain selection.

I started with the gym last week and feel much better. I missed sport so much and now Im back. Im not very satisied with my private goals which is getting enaugh sleep so that my head is concentrated when I play. I had some days when I just sleep 6 hours and that is not ok. I tried visualisation exercise and will do it the next days to eleminate this leak. Have a relaxing weekend.

his move is more or less irrelevant he probably eat our pawn with his tower on a4.

Our next move we move the pawn 1 step further c6-c7.

Mostlikely he will move his tower to c8 to block our pawn, then we eat his pawn at b6 with our tower and next move we can move it to the backline b8 regardless what he does and its pretty much over from here.

I guess that I would go broke with T9+. Agree with you completely.

Im satisfied with my game and reached all 3 goals. Nothing more to add. Have a nice day.

hand of the day (Villain is unknown)

Questions (Villain was unknown):
(1) Do you b/f the turn or check it back?
(2) when we bet the turn and villain calls do you bet the river and do you react to a cR?

My thoughts:
(1) I would b/f the turn because villain could cR the flop with a 4x, 55,66. When we check its not very likelely that villain will bet the river and we dont want to give him free equity to improve.
(2) I think we should b/f the river 1/2 pot.

Your thoughts:
(1) …
(2) …

Im very satisfied with my game. I reached all goals without any big trouble. Unfortunateyl I dont follow my rule to repeat the visualisationexercises 3-4 times a day. I just repeat them 1-2 times a day. In the coachings we have a new format. We select problem villains and analyse hands. We find reads and adapt. I like it very much.

hand of the day (Villain is unknown)

Question (Villain was unknown):
(1) Would you b/f the turn or even b/AI the turn on such a semi-drawy board?

My thoughts:
(1) I think I would go broke with TP3rdKicker (QT+) on such a semi-drawy board. Villain could do it with worse Tx and some draws.

Your thoughts:

Im very satisfied with my results. I realized that I got lazy in repeating the visualisation exercices. 2 weeks ago I repeated them at least 3 times a day. In the last days I just made them once a day. Luckiliy I still could feel the impact of the fist week so that I could control my feeling. But in the last days I was getting worse and worse. So I have to focus next week mainly on this goal. When I fine in this the other two goals are also no problem.

I could improve my game alot by this new system which I use in my coaching sessions with gordon. Im much better in adapting. In the next week I will also get another student which I will coach permantently. Im thrilled to this new challenge and will try my best to make a better poker player with much better results than now.

I played too fast yesterday because I had too much action and wanted to play as much hands that I can to get a great month. That was bad and I shouldnt do that again. My villain selection was great and I didnt get on tilt.

Im getting better. I make more visualisation exercises and are more prepared vs tilt. I made great villain selection but are not so good in take up time sometimes. When I played a fish who wants to play fast I sometimes play some more minutes after beating the fish in this fast style which is not good. Something that I have to improve.
