I basically thought I'm betting for thin-value but I think given his 3b turn, he most likely has some piece of the board so perhaps I can fire a bit more on river ? but if he has hit a good hand, my smallbet can induce some Raises for value ? or bluffs ? what u think

If the table is fishy enough I would consider opening 4x from the UTG, btw 3x is ok :)

On the flop you can either simply call (since you're nut) or either raise to something like 0.16 since you're getting value from all of his draws and some other hands.

Since you slowplayed the flop, you need to raise the turn. Imho when a fish leads w/ a small size and then calls the raise it's 70% a drawing hand since he's just trying to buy cards cheaply, but that's not always true. Once he 3bets you I'm pushing to get the maximum value from both Qx and draws. A fish raised on the turn, so he's really likely to have a big hand ;) I'm raising since I'm a bit scared of loosing value on some rivers. If :spade: falls, then he might be folding Qx, while on a blank he's probably c/f the draws.

After his check on the river I think I'm betting 4value, but I'm never betting lower than 1/2 the pot. He might have a pair+missed draw hand that calls a thin vbet, but he raised on the turn, so I'm expecting more often he to have Qx.

I don't think I'm betting small 4inducing against a fish, since I don't know almost anything about his bluffing frequency

definitely raise flop. then it's easy to stack him if he calls
