Hi all!

1.Which game type you play? 9-man STT
2. Which limit do you play? Micro 3.5-7$
3.How much do you play? 10-15h/week
4. How many tables do you want to play? 4+
5. What are your goals for the next 3+ months? Build my bankroll, and learn play better STT poker.

I would like to know if there is any Poker Room/Network that I can play STTs
except Pokerstars /FTP and 888. Cause I want to take Advantage from A F.deposit Bonus to take a small boost.
As I observer with a quick check most of the Rooms doesn't have many traffic at these games.

Hey aent4x,

I will certainly check out the traffic for you on iPoker, MicroGaming and Ongame networks. I'll just need to know what time zone you are in and what times of day you like to play.

Also does it matter about whether they are turbo or not. Would formats like Double or Nothings interest you? Because it may be difficult to get traffic at 9 manners unless you mix speed and/or formats.

Cheers

Laz

First of all thank you for the quick respond!

My time zone is GMT+3 (Athens, Greece),
I play most Afternoon-Midnight. No time problems after 5-6 pm.
It doesn't matter if they are turbos or not,I mostly want turbos but it is OK,as for the format i would like normal 9-man payout structure (50/30/20).

Hey mestari000,

This is an easy one. 6-Max is taking over all sites bar one. Go to 888 young man. Full Ring is booming there.

Make sure you check to see if you have free money available.

If no free money is available, make sure you signup through our download guide. This way you'll be able to earn SPs and upgrade your status.

Please note, you can only create a tracked 888 account if you reside in Sweden, UK, Australia, Canada, Ireland or Finland.

Regards

Laz

I've not played for a while - what's SNG traffic on the iPoker network at micro/low stakes looking like these days? I suspect not ideal.

Hello Everyone..
I have never played online but i've watched some vids and read some books. Now I think I'm ready to start. So I'm choosing a room to play. Will you guys suggest what room should I pick? I need a room with playmoney tables to train there first tho..

Hi, denise615,
Welcome to PokerStrategy.com !

If you read the first post of this thread, there are some questions there, that if answered, will give the other members enough information to make a well-reasoned suggestion.

To save you the time they are:
1. Which game type you play? (No limit? Sit & Go? MTT? PLO, Fixed Limit, Other?)

2. Which limit do you play? (example: NL25, SNG $11, FL .50/1)

3. Short handed or full ring tables, or even Heads-Up?

4. How much do you play? (e.g. I play 3 hours a week, or I generate $1000 rake/month)

5. How many tables do you want to play?

6. What are your goals for the next 3+ months?

7. What time zone are you in and what times do you play?

8. Which rooms do you already hold accounts at?

Best of luck,
--VS

Hi guys i was directed here by a mod, I wondered if you guys could suggest a room for me.

I already have a pokerstars account so theyre off the table. I would like a room that offers a similar type of game to the one i play at the moment. i play 3-5 hours each UK evening at NL Hold em, fifty fifty, sit n go $3.50 games. I play 2-3 tables at a time.

Over the coming few months im interested primarily in improving my game and of course any results reflected by that improvement but the cash is a secondary goal, depth of knowledge is primary focus for me at this time.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

In my personal opinion, Pokerstars is the best poker room by far. 888 might also be worth checking out if you're a beginner, since the competition is relatively soft. In the long-term, though, I still think Stars is the best choice.

Hey DenizenZ and whentheclouds,

I haven't forgotten about you. I just haven't had the free time over the last couple of days but I'm on it. :f_thumbsup:

It would really help if I knew your time zones and what times of day you like to play.

Regards

Laz

I play DONs too and would like to know which networks have 6max. I know that WPN, Party, and iPoker have them. Any alternatives? Screenshots would be nice.

As far as I know, the only other sites with fast fold poker even a tad bit comparable to PokerStars are Party (Fast Forward) and 888 (Snap Poker). Both also have great player liquidity (although nothing compared to PS).

Pretty much all the major networks have this (Stars/FTP/iPoker/888/Party). If you have specific questions feel free to message me.
