You said in you 1st podcast that stealing blinds should be 3x in general (we steal smaller only against aggressive 3bettors to get smaller stack to pot ratio postflop)
But do we need to steal smaller against not fully stacked guys on blinds as well? Lets say they are just calling our steal not 3betting(as shortstackers fishes are very common on ipoker network microstakes)

Generally there's no reason to raise smaller vs a smaller stack unless he knows how to utilize the stacksize and punish your large open raising size. If he's just a fish - build a pot against him and value bet as much as you can :).

These lessons are released on video but sometimes it takes a few days to make it happen. I don't think there is an exact date for technical reasons, but I expect it will be out this week.

On tables with, 'I will see the flop so I'll limp/call' ttypes, I'd like some guidance for raising ranges IP but especially OOP (there is no 'iso-raise' in these games).
E.g., I have something like KTss or AJo in the sb, sucks becasue we'll go 4- handed, right?
These situations have cost me a heap of money because I'm always left guessing postflop and multiway too often, but I feel compelled to raise because that's how to play poker isn't it? Sigh.

I often play 250bb buy-in 6 max nl micros tables but playing 100bb style seems wrong.
I would like to learn how to exploit these, they seem a bit tighter and I've been told they play differently, like SCs gain value and hands like even big pockets lose value.
So what sort of 1st in preflop raises range do use? What can I call a raise with, or 3bet with.
Sorry if it's a bit general.
Lastly, I would like to commend you on your performance/presentation and content during this series, it has helped transform my way of thinking and consequentially my game has jumped. Thank you so much.
